  Abhorrent is the only word that comes to mind. I checked in late. I had to stand outside in the cold, using a disgusting and dirty phone because the lobby door was locked. Because I checked in late, I requested a late checkout. I was only in the hotel room for a few hours. They granted me only 30 minutes. At 11:31, a rude cleaning woman started pounding on my door, shouting that they were going to keep my $50 incidental fee if I didn't get out in the next few minutes. They advertised a free breakfast. It was a 6 foot countertop with almost no food. There was no coffee. The room was cold, the heat barely worked. The shower had hair on the floor. One of the worst experiences in a hotel. Even the metal steps going upstairs to my room, we're rusted and literally disintegrating.Absolutely will never stay here again.

  Room was clean in every aspect. For the price, best deal of the day. Employees short on staff, which means their work load was heavy, but we're still very friendly and accommodating. Easy access off the highway. Will go back, highly recommended.

  Newly updated rooms, very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice restaurant nearby, great value.

  The building looks an old building, I start to hasted or change my mind. But, I decided to keep my reservation and take my chance. Yes the front disk not organized as what expected to be as BW hotel, but it can be improved to be better. But when I got into the room, it changed everything. The remodel the room, it has new floor, complete bathroom and 💯 clean. The mattress it's super comfortable. I will come back to this hotel again. I recommend it to anyone want a reasonable price with comfort and a good service.
