  Perfect location for my needs, room was beautiful and the young lady at the desk was great! This is one of the nicest and cleanest hotels I've stayed at!

  I had a terrible experience at Holiday Inn Express. I reserved and prepaid for 4 nights with my credit card, expecting a smooth check-in after a long, exhausting flight. Instead, when I arrived around midnight, I found out they had already charged my card three extra times. I immediately went to the front desk and showed them my bank statement as proof, but things only got worse. While I was standing there trying to resolve the issue, they charged my card two more times at the desk. The front desk employee, Serenity, told me there was no manager available and that there was “nothing they could do.” The only option I was given was to cancel my reservation—at 12 AM, after just getting off a plane. That’s completely unreasonable. After traveling all day, the last thing anyone wants is to deal with billing issues and the possibility of having nowhere to stay. The lack of urgency, accountability, and basic customer service was extremely frustrating. If you’re considering staying here, be careful. This experience showed me that even when you plan ahead and reserve properly, things can still go very wrong—and the staff may not be willing to fix it

  We mistakenly reserved a room with a pull out couch. The hotel was booked and we couldn't change rooms. The pull out couch is so very thin, that no matter which way you tried sleeping, there was a metal bar in your back. The pull out couch needs to be updated with a thicker mattress or done away with. Absolute miserable sleeping experience. My girls slept on the King bed and they had a great night's sleep. The hotel staff was great and room was clean.

  Exceptional Stay - Sabitra is a True Asset to Holiday Inn! "I had a fantastic stay at this Holiday Inn. The rooms were immaculately clean, and the housekeeping staff clearly takes great pride in their work. The breakfast spread was also excellent—fresh, well-stocked, and more than sufficient to start the day right. However, the highlight of my visit was Sabitra at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, her level of professionalism and genuine care was outstanding. She represents the brand perfectly and handles every detail with such grace. Management should be incredibly proud to have someone of her caliber on the frontlines. Her dedication is the reason I will be recommending this location to all my colleagues."
