  Hallway smelled like weed and cigarette smoke. Didn't get any sleep loud party in the hall and rooms near us until 3am. Kids banging on our door running in the halls. Sweet girl at the desk did try but didnt work. Door to the building was not properly secured. Worse hotel experience I have ever had!!

  My wife and I called about a room for January 2nd over the phone and mentioned we were seniors and we were told what the senior rate would be, so we booked the room. The next morning we received the bill underneath the door and it had the full price for the room and did not include the senior discount. I went to the front desk an informed the girl who had originally taken my reservation over the phone the day before and she said she would take care of it. It was not, in fact, taken care of nor was the price properly adjusted for the senior discount and we were ultimately charged the full price of the room. We do not appreciate this at all! This is NOT how you run a business nor is it how you take care of your guests! It's also a way to get a 1 star rating and never have your guests return to this hotel in the future again!

  Rooms were overall old but clean. They advertise free breakfast 7-10 but in reality they clean up all the food by 9:45. If you advertise till 10 there should be food at 10.

  Got a jacuzzi room only to find out jacuzzi does not work. After 40 minutes of the tech, it was not fixeable. Was moved to a different jaccuzi room. Jaccuzi worked, but when I put the heater on to sleep it sounded like a beater vehicle. Side note, the working jacuzzi had missing knobs.

  The hot tub stop working after a few minutes other than that the room was nice and tidy.
