Pat and Jackie at the front desk deserve a raise. Exceptional service on a day where it would have been easier to tell us it was full and they had no more rooms. Thanks to those two we had a place to sleep. The room we stayed in had a door that was bashed and beaten like someone had tried to break in at some point (all around the handle and door frame), but the two front desk ladies deserve a raise nonetheless.

We stayed here for 2 nights to attend my niece's graduation. Great location. Plenty of stores/ restaurants in the area. Just wish they have EV Charger, but there is one across from the hotel, and that hotel allows non-guest to charge since it requires payment. I requested for top floor but was not granted. I booked same day, maybe there aren't any available and I didn't bother asking when we got to the hotel. It's been years since the last time I've seen Bacon served for breakfast but this location had it on Tuesday morning but non on Wednesday morning. Pancake machine, milk, chocolate milk, yogurts, bagels, raisin toast, muffins, cheese omelet, biscuit and gravy, cold cereals, oatmeals, fruits, juice fountain with OJ, cranberry, apple, coffe machine, variety of creamer, tea, hot cocoa. Indoor pool water was cold.

Keep looking, not worth the aggravation to stay at this location. Stayed during the holidays 2025. Arrived to a special promotion where guests can choose a tiny gift box from a basket/bowl and on the box was marked the number of bonus points which would be awarded during your stay. My box was marked 2500. I remember it vividly, as the clerk was so damn rude to me. She was making jokes about my eyesight since I was having difficulty with depth perception. She read the amount on the little box to me. I had just spent 5 hours in the ER with a right eye emergency and even though it was obvious I was in distress, she thought this would be a great time to be a freakin comedienne. I should have complained to her supervisor at that moment, but I was tapped out.
It's now nearly 3 months later and the points have not been credited. I've contacted IHG corporate, they've contacted the hotel, nothing. Just a crappy aggravating situation.

Rooms were decent. Toiletries were abundant and left an impressionable scent. Stayed just one night and never will again. My husband, children and I were in the area for my eldest son’s school event. Tired and keen to relax we checked in towards the evening. We packed swimsuits for the kids as we were guaranteed there was a pool. Long story short it wasn’t available. We voiced our dismay to the manager and she was defensive, unprofessional, and aggressive. My husband and I felt humiliated in front our kids, my eldest being 13 and did not hesitate to ask questions about her remarks when we were in private. Her abrupt offer to cancel our reservation and allow us to search elsewhere with young children who were triple as tired as us wasn’t taken as customer service, but instead as passive aggressive, brash, and unprofessional. We didn’t need a new hotel whatsoever, we simply needed leadership to grasp the concept of a customer upset that they paid for an amenity they weren’t granted nor given any notice was unavailable at that time. Do better, you’re surrounded by competition.

Update**
What an easy way to get out of accountability. I made the reservation and I am not thinking of a different location. Do not trust this place!!! They lie and trick you! Which reminds me of another issue I didn't mention. The lady refused to allow me to check in because I put my gfs name as the person checking in. Even though my name was on the account, my name paid for it, and my name was on everything else, I couldn't check in. The so called "manager" was an awful and rude person who cared more about the 96 people that checked in that day.***
.
Honestly the hotel isn't the worst but isn't the best either. The pool was down for two days and when I was asking about the pool the lady kept dodging my questions. She just said, it's closed. I asked for how long. She said, "I don't know". I asked what time it's open and she responded with, "it's just closed right now". I felt like I was playing 20 questions. I advised her I wanted the manager and she said she was the manager. So I explained I specifically chose that hotel for the pool and she told me, "I had 96 people check in today so I really don't care, you are free to go stay somewhere else." I just walked away before I was trespassed struggling to find a nearby hotel late in the evening. I wouldn't choose to sleep in my car when I had my family with me. This was an awful experience and the "manager" was so rude and did not care about my concern one bit. I come out to this area every single year, I will NEVER stay here again and I recommend everyone to stay away! I guess this hotel takes a different approach to hospitality than other hotels.
