The rooms were clean and the beds and pillows comfortable. Breakfast is provided for free. At the time we went there was a pancake machine, egg with cheese omelettes, pork sausage, and some bread products and fruit. There are options for yogurt (9g protein), boiled eggs, and a juice machine. Although I did not inquire, there were not any non-dairy milk options for cereal or coffee. It would be nice to see this option in the future. There is a coffee machine, which also dispenses hot water for tea, available in the lobby 24/7. A Keurig is also available in the room. There is a 24 hr gym, and a pool open (at the time of this writing) from 10-10. Since we got in later at night, we did not try the pool, but the area (indoor) looked clean and there was a shower for rinsing and towels available. There was some basic wear and tear in the room, but nothing upsetting or out of the ordinary. The location is good, soon off the highway and near a couple restaurants and gas stations. The night we were there it was quiet, both in terms of hotel and outdoor noise.

After we checked in, we went to our room and when we opened the door.. there was someone already occupying the room. We went and got a different one then in the MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT AT 4AM, someone came in our room!!! They had booked them in the same room! Like what in the hell. That is extremely dangerous for both parties! Think about it, what if we entered and the person thought we were intruders, and we got shot!! Also, not sure if anyone else experienced this but we woke up extremely sick after the first night. We’re all healthy individuals and rarely get sick. Not sure if the room just wasn’t properly cleaned or there’s hidden black mold.

Easy check in and checkout, super well located to the interstate but far enough that it’s quiet and you have no road noise. Tons of restaurants nearby and gas stations, a perfect roadtrip stop. Only drawback is the water issues, I read other reviews and saw the mention to let it heat up, it took about 20 minutes to get hot water, so as long as you’re not in a rush it’s fine! The gym is one of the nicest I’ve seen in a hotel, and the pool is a decent size and indoors. There’s laundry as well. Breakfast was solid, very well prepared and the sausage links were the best out of any IHG I’ve been to. Plenty of parking and it seems safe and quiet around the outside. The bed was very comfortable and the room was incredibly quiet, though the hotel seemed pretty empty, though no outside noise is nice!
