  Clean rooms. Relatively quiet. Breakfast could use some variety but overall a good experience where I would stay again.

  Hotel refuses to release my deposit. They also refused to give me an itemized statement showing they released it. I tried to call corporate and they told me it needed to go through the hotel. It has been over a week and it is still not resolved. They don’t wait for their money you shouldn’t have to wait to get yours returned to you but unfortunately that’ll be the case. I even contacted my bank and they said they didn’t release the funds and they are still arguing that they did and won’t give me proof. I’m a frequent traveler and a state of many hotel chains And this by far is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life.

  Hotel refuses to refund my deposit. I had to get my bank involved because they keep holding my money different excuse every time I call. Don’t even try customer service because you will get nowhere with them either. I just want other people to be aware because you could have to wait a month to get your deposit back. I tried the IHG hotel chain and I’ll be going right back to Hilton because they know how to treat customers. I want to add to that I asked for an itemized bill from the initial authorization to where they released the funds and the actual charge and they refuse that as well.

  We stay at this hotel every time we are in the Columbus Ohio area and it is truly a home away from home. The staff is amazing and it's one of THE cleanest hotels ever. The people here really care and will do what they can to be accommodating. Highly recommend!
