  The people were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean decor was nice. I will add them to my list nice places to stay in my continued travels

  Staff is friendly, and rooms are ok for a Staybridge. But the bathrooms need a serious upgrade. Mold everywhere from no ventilation, mold damage on the wall next to the shower, and floor bubbling up with water/mold damage, squirts water when you walk. Water pressure in the shower barely enough to take one. And at night for some insane reason they messily block off all parking entrances and exits. So if you have a car, good luck parking at night, and if you’re being picked up or dropped off from an uber/lyft, they can pull in, but because of the parking lot going into messy lockdown, there is no space to even turn around to leave the drop off area. Won’t stay here again.

  I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Its proximity to John Glenn International Airport is incredibly convenient. The receptionists were professional, kind, and went out of their way to be helpful. My room was spotless, and the overall experience was very comfortable. Highly recommended!

  Okay so I thought this hotel would be ok after reading up on it. It was not. Check in was okay, but they didnt explain anything. Didn't tell you where the elevator was, what time breakfast was, (it ended earlier then most hotels I've been to) where the pool was and what time it was open till. I booked a king suite which online looks big and spacious, it was not, it was very small the bed was comfortable but the room was hot. The bathroom was awful they put the toilet and shower in separate which is fine but you could barely get in the shower if your big at all you wont be able yo get in. You have to squish yourself in a corner to open the door and be able to get in. There were broken parts in the shower. When I got to my room there where still dishes in the dishwasher and food in the cabinets, they had not been wiped out and cleaned. There was hair all over the blowdryer it hadn't even been wiped down from the last person. The pool was nice and warm but had way to many chemicals in it, it made your skin feel weird. And it was very small. Im still waiting for the refundable 100$ deposit to be refunded. They already took the 140$ for the room. The part of town its in is good if your a college kid but as a mom of a small kid you could not get out in the college shopping. We went 17 minutes the other way to go shopping and go to dinner. All in all I wouldnt go back. And I will attach pictures as well.

  I am really unhappy with our stay. Upon check in I was told the elevator was broken and my room was on the second floor. I recently had a hip replacement- when we trekked to the room with our belongings, the door keys didnt work and I had to go all the way back to the desk. I also had to put a deposit on my card because they could not locate the payment from hotels.com. This was unexpected and took a couple of days for a refund. Clearly all renovations were done to the lobby, as the rooms and hallways are antiquated, some dirty, and some walls were even peeling. The appliances are old and there was cigarette burns on the tub. When we got in the room there was nothing that notified you of checkout time or breakfast hours. Breakfast was EVEN worse. Since we had no idea, we went down at a time frame that we assumed was breakfast time. When we got down there was no food or plates-was told they were all in the dishwasher. When I found out that breakfast didnt end for another 45 minutes, I had to hunt down the front desk staff (waited five minutes and called the hotel,) to ask if anymore food was coming out or if we could get plates. What was then put out was some microwaved chicken tenders that were most likely left from the social the night before. For what I paid for the room and the advertisement, I expected a much better experience.
