    Solid 4.5. Pros: Very clean, all the staff is professional and courteous, rooms are comfortable, good location. Cons: Highway noise for rooms on the SW side, slowest elevator ever built.

    This was by bad hotel experience I The receptionist was completely unprofessional, repeatedly promising to clean the room or provide a replacement. After more than five follow-ups, we were completely ignored and no action was taken. This shows a clear lack of responsibility and respect for guests. The room had a terrible smell that made it unbearable to stay in. It felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. I strongly do not recommend this hotel and would advise others to avoid it. A truly disappointing and frustrating experience.

    I just called to see if they require a deposit. The front desk told me it is $100 and it has to be on a card. I like to take the cash with me so I can be sure to get it back. This isn’t an option here. Moving on to the next hotel ✌️

    Nice hotel, clean rooms, great amenities. It is fairly close to the highway, so there is definitely some road noise, but the A/C fan was loud enough to drown most of it out

    This place had potential, it could’ve been great. But the horribly dirty air filters and the absolutely horrible customer service when this was brought to their attention absolutely ruined my stay. Everyone deserves clean air. Cleaning the filters in the HVAC system in each room should be a daily item. Not something that waits for a maintenance guy. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk this morning they acted like it was no big deal. He said I should’ve requested a new room last night. He was terrible at listening. A new room likely would’ve had the same dirty filter. I’ve already cleaned it. I just need to sleep. I don’t need a new room last night I need you to compensate me for doing your job. He claimed that he didn’t have the authority and wouldn’t reach someone who did. I have never been more disappointed in a Holiday Inn.
