    Changed our room without telling us. Lady behind the desk rolled her eyes when we complained. The manager refused to apologize, and would not do anything for us. Rude, obnixious staff. It was not an upgrade. You and your staff were rude and you have not apologized. At checkout I was overcharged.

    I would like to thank the staff here at this Holiday Inn. Every time I needed any help the staff was kind and always help me. From the front desk staff Annette, Barbie and Hassan. Anytime I need anything from getting extra towels to having my key card needing reactivated there was no issues and always greeted kindly. The breakfast staff in the kitchen was always making sure that the food was fresh and hot and even when I asked if there was any eggs with out vegetables in them, they made my family eggs without vegetables in them. The housekeeping staff always kept our room cleaned and made sure the towels was always fresh. The pool and hot tub was delightful and my family enjoy some time there. My family and I will be back to stay here at this Holiday Inn when we are in Columbus Ohio

    I had a really great experience staying here, and a big part of that was the exceptional service at check-in. Hasan, at the front desk was incredibly polite, professional, and genuinely welcoming. He made sure our room was exactly where we wanted it—nicely situated away from the elevator, which we really appreciated. He also checked in with us to make sure everything was perfect with our luggage and overall stay, which made us feel well taken care of from the start. Later, when we needed an extra key, he was just as helpful and kind—quick, efficient, and still just as courteous. It’s rare to come across someone who combines professionalism with such a warm, attentive attitude. He truly made our stay more enjoyable. Thank you for such wonderful hospitality!

    Stayed here to visit my mom after her transplant post leukemia treatment. When we checked in the front desk gave us room keys to an occupied room. We were very upset as this could have led to us walking in on someone naked and we were concerned about safety of ourselves and belongings if it had been the other way around. We immediately backed out of the room and questioned the front desk about this huge mistake I made sure to inform the occupants of the room of the event as I would want to know if it were my belongings. The building manager felt it was appropriate to call and lecture me for informing the other guests of this mistake telling me it was a "simple human error" and that we needed to be moved because we were scaring the guests because of our note we left under their door and they didnt want us near them. What's interesting is that the guests in that room had no idea we were near them. That information was never given to them and we never spoke in person. (I have pictures of the note with date and time stamps that show we simply informed them of the mistake because they should also know their room was not secure in their absence) so either the manager also gave other guests private information or more likely they thought they could sweep it under the rug and were upset that I got the other party involved. He proceeded to interrupt me in the phone call several times to lecture me about hotel policy and how WE were invading the privacy of other guests and thats not the protocol. But yeah giving us access to an occupied room was a simple human error and I needed to let it go. I was absolutely open to have a discussion about this and just bring attention to what could have been a serious mistake but after being lectured it's clear this location wants to cover up what happened. We immediately checked out after 2 hours of being checked in (no refund) and went somewhere else. Tldr: don't stay here your belongings and family are not safe and it will be written off as simple human error and you'll be lectured for letting other know their safety was compromised. (Posted April 4th at 12:07 AM and taking a screenshot because I expect this review to be removed) 0 stars Edit (April 4th, 9:15pm) I expected this response as it seems you routinely come back at bad reviews. Why dont you watch the surveillance you're constantly saying you watch and see that I never went back in the room a second time? I simply left a note under their door. After talking to IHG they were also apalled by what I had to share with them and how this situation was handled. Please reply again with another attack. I'm saving all of it to put in this open case.

    I booked my room February 9th a month in advance before my daughters wrestling competition for states. This hotel is one of the closest to Ohio State University. It is her senior year. I called on Monday March 9th 2026 to verify and confirm my stay and I made a change to my room as I did not need to stay as long. I reviewed my card on file and notified the female representative that I spoke with about changing my card as I had closed it recently. She stated that I could update it upon arrival. I go to check my reservation today 3/11 to find that my 3 rooms were canceled without my notification. MIND YOU MY ROOM HAD BEEN HELD SINCE FEBRUARY 9TH 2026. I highly do not recommend ANYONE staying here unless you like to be treated with horrible customer service, no regard for long term customers and staff that clearly just dont care and will brush you off! The customer service representative named Hrishia (which he probably was lying about his name) was disgustingly rude which then YES I DID CURSE AT HIM for saying "We only appreciate our customers who keep their credit card active that's why your room got canceled. " He also stated that he did not care if I left a bad review as they don't affect him or the hotel." He refused to give me corporate number and gave me a falsifed email. Refused to even look at my confirmation number and see that changes were made. And of course my rooms were given away. Just over all HORRIBLE SERVICE AND I WOULD NEVER STAY THERE MOVING FORWARD. Save your time and money for a mediocre facility. UPDATE: My review is totally honest and 100 % true. I definitely had my complaint escalated with IHG. They should remove your facility from their services as I am assuming that you guys are just a satellite Holiday Inn and are a poor representation of how other Holiday Inn's operate. From my understanding your facility gets multiple complaints similar in this nature. It appears that every time a person leaves a bad review your response is that everything stated was false. Take ownership for your errors. The only truth you have mentioned is that the call was DEFINITELY RECORDED. Your false on saying that "I wanted to wait to update my card" when I called 3/9 which your staff refused to fully review my reservation. Your poorly trained staff stated I could update my card upon arrival. That should have never been mentioned if that was not accurate. Mind you that call WAS RECORDED ALSO. You also failed to contact me directly about my cancelation. Most facilities if the prior authorization failed they contact the customer directly to update their payment option instead of just canceling their room. Please miss me with your passive aggressive, fake wishful hopes for my child and work on your customer service and poorly managed facility. We found a better hotel with BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROPERLY TRAINED STAFF. YOU DEFINITELY GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR AND IM GLAD YOU DID NOT GET MY MONEY AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE. MY FAMILY DESERVES BETTER THAN YOUR MEDIOCRE AND POOR REPRESENTATION OF HOLIDAY INN.
