  Bedsheets wont stay on bed, bathroom water pressure is not good super soft , broken towel rack in bathroom. They could put some extra lights in these rooms too super dark with all the lights on in the room We also bought our tickets 2or 3 months ago for 2 conjoined rooms but when we arrived they gave us 2 rooms on 2 different floors Lots of construction on building 4/11/26

  Good location to jump onto interstate and keep driving but that's it. Beds were awful. Rock hard. Pillows were completely flat.

  I’ve been a member of Hilton for years and I have never experienced something like this out of all Hiltons. another guest that was staying here. Their dog was missing. I went in my room, and the dog was in my room. This location is not one that I will come to. It is very ghetto. I was locked out of my room for a whole hour. The front desk lady says she was at her end of her shift and didn’t have time to help me that she would have to contact her GM so until her GM answers I was locked out of my room that I was still paying for. I then grabbed another staff and they got a key and got me in no problem. Then when I went up there, and I told her I needed the number to her manager, she pointed in the direction where the cards was, and as I was walking away, she was talking stuff to me, letting me know that she will threaten to call the police so that I will never return to this hotel again I never even cursed at this lady. I was frustrated that I was locked out of my room for a whole hour because I had to clock in To work and she was acting like she didn’t even want to help me even get in my room. I let her know I was going to report her and she kept saying over and over again that she didn’t care people like this shouldn’t even be working here, then to top it off she had on a pajama while talking to me. I love the Hilton, but this building I will never come to again. Then I booked two rooms both were supposed to be Sweets because I had a lot of children with me when I got here. They said the room was not available anymore and that I had to pick a room that was smaller so I had some kids that had to sleep on the floor. When I booked the reservation, I let them know for sure that they will be able to make this happen. If not, I would have called another location. They let me know that they could for sure when I came in to check in The. Guy said he thought they were going to leave and they decided to stay for another night so now I’m in a position where I have to figure it out. I’m just so ready to clock out of this place and never return.

  The service was fantastic the staff was wonderful. The rooms? Meh..they were ok.. there was discoloration on the caulk in the bathroom. I didn't mention it as it's not the staffs fault.

  We stayed here for one night as a family of four. The check in clerks were super helpful and check-in process was easy. The room had few issues which was taken care of by front desk really quick. I would highly recommend this hotel for family stay or for a business stay.
