The staff was courteous, professional, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more pleasant. The room was spacious, quiet, and well equipped, making it ideal for both short and extended stays. The location near OSU is very convenient, with easy access to dining and major routes. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

One star for service due to unclear policy information and extra 50$ “incidentals ” charge on credit card after check-out. Emailed owner and charge should be cleared 3-5 days. We will see.
