The lobby looks very nice when you enter but elsewhere, the hotel needs a huge upgrade. The chairs in the breakfast area sunk as soon as you sat in them, as if there was no cushioning at all. The food was very good though so the cooking staff did an amazing job on that. My biggest issue though was with the hotel room. The rooms haven't been updated at all and no USB ports inside the hotel so you were limited in what needed to be charged up. On top of that, there were areas of the rug that was pulled up, stains in several places, patched up walls, areas that were never fully cleaned and broken shelves that was in the shower. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk clerk about the condition of the room I was staying in and I didn't want to get charged for damages that I didn't do, I was told that a manager would reach out to me concerning my stay and one never reached out to me. Also, heads up on the parking. It is a very tight fit. There's not a lot of moving room, especially since there is a beam from a billboard sign while driving around the building. So if you have large vehicles, plan ahead.

The many amenities included the stay went completely above any expectations I had before my stay. The hotel across the street has a very nice bar/restaurant that is within walking distance too, and is open to the public! 10/10 would highly recommend, and will stay again!
- MWMary Ann WhiteheadNov 4, 20251.0FRAUD ALERT Absolutely do NOT book with this hotel. If you do, absolutely do not give them a credit card to keep on file. They charged me service fees on that after saying that they were keeping it on file for room service, which I did not use. They put fraudulent charges on my credit card, and I brought it to their attention upon checking out. They said they would reverse the charges, which they never did. I had to contact my cc company to get the charges reversed. Two months later, they had put new charges on my card, and I hadn't even been in the state. RUN - This company is a scam, plus the night door man is super creepy and rude.
