    Check in went very smoothly, I used the IHG app to make my reservation. my husband was able to buy a couple beers at check-in, which was greatly appreciated. The room was a suite and I had a king size bed that was extremely comfortable and the room was clean and the TV was large and worked great. The continental breakfast was better than others I have had. We did not use the pool but would have if there would have been a hot tub.

    The manager Mariah Shope showed no care of professionalism. She reached out to me and requested to interview me for the front desk agent position, and I gladly accepted it. I showed up to the property on time and the lady at the front desk told me Mariah will be with me shortly. I waited for a documented time of 50mins just for the front desk agent to tell me that Mariah wants to reschedule. I never got a call or email to follow up for a reschedule. Mariah Shope should be ashamed for her lack and care of professionalism.

    travelled from canada to spend two nights here. perfect location for a round of golf and the blue jackets home opener. very clean hotel and room. breakfast both days was excellent and the host was very polite each morning making sure everything was available. we will return

    The hotel manager Mariah is rude and very unprofessional. She called me HOURS before check in and told me I had to pay over the phone for my reservation so I told her I wanted to make sure the call was legit as there are so many scammers out there. I also asked her if she could send me a receipt if I paid over the phone and she said no. She kept talking over me and wouldn’t acknowledge my concerns and demanded that I pay or she was canceling my reservation. She gave me no opportunity to confirm the call was legit before I gave her my card information over the phone. What a shame that Holiday Inn thinks this is acceptable behavior from an employee let alone a manager. And when I told her she did not have to be so rude she hung up on me and canceled my reservation.
