Do not come here!!!!!! You will be taking a high risk of your vehicle window getting bashed in and security/police not doing anything about it! Not a report, not feedback, NOTHING. You will wake up to a police officer telling you there is nothing they can do.. very dissapointed we came to this hotel thinking it was a safe place to rest our eyes. You would be better off resting in an empty walmart parking lot tyen staying at a hotel that allows their customers to be targeted at 4 am on their property!!

This place had potential, it could’ve been great. But the horribly dirty air filters and the absolutely horrible customer service when this was brought to their attention absolutely ruined my stay. Everyone deserves clean air. Cleaning the filters in the HVAC system in each room should be a daily item. Not something that waits for a maintenance guy. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk this morning they acted like it was no big deal. He said I should’ve requested a new room last night. He was terrible at listening. A new room likely would’ve had the same dirty filter. I’ve already cleaned it. I just need to sleep. I don’t need a new room last night I need you to compensate me for doing your job. He claimed that he didn’t have the authority and wouldn’t reach someone who did. I have never been more disappointed in a Holiday Inn.

Holiday Inn Express, Crosswoods – Worthington, OH
55 Hutchinson Ave, Columbus
During seasonal family visits in Worthington, Ohio I’ve found the Crosswoods campus a good source of lodging options. There’s a Sheraton, a Wyndham, a Hyatt Place, and the Holiday Inn Express – Worthington. I booked a room for the Holiday Inn Express for the winter holidays. It’s close to a Bob Evans family restaurant, a cash-only dive bar (the Ruckmoor), a movie theater, a Subway, and assorted restaurants, all within walking distance.
The Holiday Inn Express has been a consistently good choice for me. This time I paid for the one night with 16,000 IHG points, and this included breakfast.
My room was ready early, and I was able to check in around noon. The front desk acknowledged my IHG status and confirmed that with that status my Wi-Fi access was complementary. I found the room clean and comfortable. There was an effective blackout curtain, the bathroom electric outlet included a night-light, and the hotel had evolved, eliminating single-use plastics while retaining hand washcloths.
Couldn’t start the shower without getting wet with cold water, but the hot water came in quickly. Front desk staff members were polite, helpful, and easy to understand. I had an early flight, so I missed breakfast, but in the past I’ve found the assortment of continental offerings sufficient for a decent meal.

Front desk associate was rude over the phone. Room smelled like bleach and gave me a headache. And they take out a $100 security deposit but it doesn’t come back for 3-5 business days. I was always satisfied with holiday inn until this one!

I had an AMAZING stay at this hotel after a horrific stay at the Wyndham Columbus. I tried calling and getting the Receptionists name who helped me the night of Thanksgiving minutes prior to 11:00pm before he ended his shift, but was disconnected. However, my stay at this hotel was very pleasant and relaxing. The room was consistently cleaned everyday and the staff was very accomodating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!
