- MCMeta CrabJan 5, 20261.0My room was dirty. Based on the reviews my one expectation of this place is it would be clean, it was not. Seemingly all the cleaning effort goes into keeping the lobby looking nice. The staff seems depressed and based on my interaction with management I can understand why. Since the hotel is so close to the street the traffic noise is much louder than the other hotels on this same street that I have stayed at. They charge $10 for parking despite their website saying parking is complimentary(management claimed it's because I booked through a 3rd party and the 3rd party says I'll be charged for parking, but it doesn't) Black buildup on grout which management claims is paint, despite it only being around the toilet/trafficked areas red bacteria buildup on the shower head and on the caulk in the shower hair on the shower walls EDIT: Read the management's responses to criticism, they speak for themselves

Pros: - Staff, both at check-in and check-out were super friendly. - Location/Parking, very easy to get to/from no issue here. - Value, cheap hotel considering other options in the area. - Renovations, lobby looks incredible and beds are super comfortable. Cons: - Breakfast, super lame for this hotel brand. No pancake maker and only apples for fruit. - In-Room, Keurig didnt work, only decaf pods supplied, bathroom largely skipped in renovation and the grout was filthy. - Sound proofing, sounded like our up-stairs neighbors were having a DDR competition and some running/stomping combo for whoever lost. - Hot tub, closed for some reason. A huge reason for why we had booked. Pool was open with warmer and questionably cloudy water.

- SSSeemoreDec 21, 20255.0We were here before and what a difference! Newly remodeled since our last visit. Barbie at the front desk was a complete delight, great sense of humor, and very helpful. Breakfast was fresh and delicious We'll be back for sure.
