Gross customer service. Booked 3rd party. front desk said it wasn’t in their system, gave itinerary and showed booking confirmations. Front desk didn’t honor it and pressured me saying rooms were almost sold out, ended up having to pay directly, after I already payed through 3rd party. Front desk said they would refund the 3rd party. After producing receipts and attempting twice, the hotel denied the 3rd party booking refund, so I effectively paid for a single room twice. Not worth going to small claims court, but it’s obvious they don’t care about any customer. It’s also overpriced for the quality and food. This place is a quarter step above a motel.

Location was amazing. Service was decent, front desk struggled a little on check in but we finally got it done. Room was good, loved the beds and the bedding. Unit for heat/air was very loud when it kicked on but other than that it was a great stay!

I recently had an open incident ticket after my car window was smashed and my Apple Watch was stolen while staying at this hotel. Unfortunately, the situation was handled very poorly from start to finish. It was later brought to my attention that vehicle break-ins are a common occurrence at this property, yet no warnings or security measures were communicated to guests. The front parking lot was full when I arrived, so I was forced to park on the side of the building. Interestingly, employees’ cars were all parked in the front — a detail that didn’t go unnoticed when only guest vehicles were targeted. The phone call I received from the front desk was unprofessional: “I’m obligated to tell you your car was broken into last night and the police are here.” That was the extent of their notification.Perhaps an “I’m very sorry” would have been a great addition. Even worse, the employee initially told me only three vehicles were affected. I walked the lot myself and discovered there were actually five cars broken into — I was the one who called the police back to update them. This is unacceptable for a business that’s aware of this recurring problem. The hotel should be taking stronger measures to protect guests and their property — whether that’s better lighting, increased patrols, or at the very least clear warnings at check-in so guests can make informed decisions about where to park. Until this property addresses its security issues seriously, I cannot recommend staying

Horrible customer service checking in. Overnight clerk charged incorrect card for entire stay after telling me only incidentals would be charged & would not correct it (travel for business), told me someone will handle it in the morning. Waited 35+ minutes for my room and when I walked back downstairs to ask why I was charged the full amount, she was talking about me to a group of other guests in line. The clerk told me she tried to call a manager, but they do not have any on call that are available later in the evening. She then told me that she would show her manager the camera film (?), and refused to fix my booking. Her only solution was for me to find another place to stay after I drove 3.5 hours to the hotel. Was extremely communicative to clerk; she even apologized for not checking the authorization for the card and realizing it was wrong, but refused to fix it. Terrible customer service, also upsetting that a manager couldn’t be available to maybe fix a situation the clerk did not know how to handle.
