Only to find out it has been boarded up for years and there's no mention of this online. Pictures they have show a beautiful hot tub and pool. The room was less than exceptional, with stained carpets scratched up walls and head boards. As well as dirty dingy furniture. The bathroom drains backed up, you can't even take a proper shower without it becoming a bath. Light fixtures are barley on the wall and only some of them work. Biggest plus was a comfortable bed and one worker who was very kind and accommodating. Would not recommend for the price.

- TLthomas LawlerNov 20, 20251.0Gross customer service. Booked 3rd party. front desk said it wasn’t in their system, gave itinerary and showed booking confirmations. Front desk didn’t honor it and pressured me saying rooms were almost sold out, ended up having to pay directly, after I already payed through 3rd party. Front desk said they would refund the 3rd party. After producing receipts and attempting twice, the hotel denied the 3rd party booking refund, so I effectively paid for a single room twice. Not worth going to small claims court, but it’s obvious they don’t care about any customer. It’s also overpriced for the quality and food. This place is a quarter step above a motel.
