    Terrible hotel staf. Noisy we could not sleep all night because the room next to us was bunch of people who party all night. Multiple complaints filed and hotel did not do anything poor management and it is simply a utter shame disappointment and disgrace to IHG hotels

    I decided to stay at this Holiday Inn as a last-minute decision after my business meeting to be nearby the airport for my departure the next day. I've stayed at A LOT of hotels recently (3 this week alone) and I am truly impressed by how well this one is managed & maintained. Incredibly friendly staff - from the front desk to all the hardworking people keeping the breakfast selection filled. Everybody said hello and wished me a great day. My room was very clean and maintained at a 5-star level. Not to mention the bed and pillows were all so comfortable. THE best!! I walked next door to Cazuelas Mexican Restaurant & Cantina last night for dinner and REALLY enjoyed it. Great food, sizable beer selection and delicious & spicy homemade queso. If I ever get back to this area again, I'll definitely stay here over any other options. Not all Holiday Inns are equal and this one is certainly above and beyond in every category. Thank you!!

    Area was safe, staff members were all very nice and friendly. We were disappointed in the condition of the room; stains on the couch and floor, cheetoh under the bed that wasn't ours. The kids had a GREAT time at the pool and hot tub. There were a lot of kids, it was loud but not out of control. All and all we enjoyed our stay. There was also a nice breakfast available. We were also given a drink and snack at check in, which was appreciated.

    Our overall experience was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, with plenty of options. We utilized the shuttle service to get from the airport to the hotel and they showed up quick and got us to the hotel safely. We scheduled (or so we thought) a return ride to the airport. When we checked out the morning we were leaving, we were informed there was no shuttle scheduled. It was a brief moment of panic before the lady at the front desk said she would schedule an Uber for us.

    So I'll start with the room itself overall the room was pretty clean and up to your average person's standards. My biggest complaint was the outrageous noise all throughout the night and into the morning (which needs to be addressed by management as its a complaint made several times on multiple reviews under mine & on other sites too), we had a teen/child screaming all night saying pretty vulgar stuff i almost called 911 due to how intense the screams were. We had children running, laughing and banging on our room door last night and this morning (pretty sure they are long term entitled guests/children that have been aloud to get away with this nasty behavior.) I was woken up after actually being able to fall asleep around 3:45am to multiple women laughing and yelling in the hallway (you can here every little thing happening in this hotel, above you, under you and around you) Its ridiculous that this was aloud to happen, we have a 7+ hour drive today after already driving 7+ hours with barely any sleep and its just unacceptable in my opinion. Our sink had trouble draining. The pool is literally a breeding ground for bacteria as you cant even see the bottom of it due to how cloudy it was(I'll be posting a few pictures i took) again management needs to address this as I am not the first person to bring this up in a review, it was disgusting...get a filter system and shock the pool. I was actually looking forward to a swim but i would not recommend its literally a hazard. Breakfast was very bare minimum and disappointing but the least of my concerns at this place. I felt very, very unwelcomed here due mostly to the entitlement of other guests...lastly they charged my card twice for the $50 incident hold and I was told basically that they didnt know why and I would be getting a phone call later to let me know if they figure anything out. I feel very lucky/blessed that our vehicle didnt get broken into, ive seen multiple reviews over the past months and as recent as 2days ago that state and show pictures of guests vehicle's broken into. I am a very understanding individual and i am very fair in most cases but this review is honest and I just had to share my experience as maybe it will save someone else from making my mistake. I will NEVER stay here again and will more than likely never book a holiday inn express either. You book a hotel for rest and comfort and unfortunately I had neither here.
