The pool was DISGUSTING there was hair floating everywhere. I went to sit in the hot tub and there was nasty brown stuff on top of the bubbles and dirt and grime on the walls. We left the pool area within 20 minutes of going in. Plus there were no towels we had to walk back to our room soaking wet. Our room was so gross. The floors are stained. We found a Kratom pill on the floor. There are holes all over the walls. The chair is stained. There is mold in the bathroom and the caulk is cracking. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again! I immediately came home stripped everything washed all of our items twice and made us all take showers as soon as we got home!

Elevator smelled like cheese and felt like I was in a horror movie. If I had epilepsy I'd have never made it in the building because parking lot lights were strobe lights. Room was okay but TV had no guide information, had to flip through each channel individually, and the thermostat wouldn't control "fan" . I sleep better with the white noise of the fan unit on
