- DMDavid Morris1 day ago1.0I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I stayed here with my Son to attend the Ohio State football game this past weekend. As soon as I checked in, we arrived in our room to find the television broken. After waiting another 25 minutes in line at the front desk I was told they were fully booked and I would be receiving a 40 dollar refund. That never happened! The worst part is I get an invoice in my email stating they are charging me 40 dollars for damages. After several talks with the employees over the phone and chatting with support they said they never agreed to that refund. I don't appreciate being lied to. I will avoid this and other Holiday Inn Express hotels when traveling at all cost. Be careful staying here as the surrounding area doesn't feel the safest.

Never had new towels and the day before we left, had to ask for toilet paper. After 20 mins, the clerk came back and said they were all out!! The grounds were full of dog crap too. Won't stay here again.

Physically threatened us because I asked why the bill was $50 higher than it should have been and the followed us outside to the parking lot saying he would charge us even more. Probably should have called the police, but called IHG customer relations instead. It was unbelievable.
