Terrible hotel, terrible location. I was charged 2 charges on my credit card that was taken at the front desk for incidental damages, and when I called the hotel to ask them why, no answer on the phone. Someone would answer then hang up. Then I called back the next day and I get a message saying "the wireless customer you are trying to reach is unavailable". What kind of hotel is this?. Tried reaching out to IHG, and they were no help either. I was told to dispute it with my bank. The stay at the hotel was horrible. Dirty, stained furniture. The fire alarm went off at 3am for no reason scaring everyone in the hotel. Not only will I not stay at this hotel ever again, I won't stay at another igh hotel.

Stayed in July for an event was pretty content with my stay at first , then comes February of the following year. And 500$ was charged on my card out of nowhere . The very first call I made to the hotel to discuss it, the woman on the phone put me on “hold” and the very first thing I hear is a man talking to her about how his room had been broken into and stuff stolen. He then proceeded to tell the girl that it was easy to break into rooms. Following that went back and forth for almost a month with the Manager being told my money will be returned to me. It came to a point where I was told my money should be on my account, every time I called , my call was being physically picked up and then hung back up, messages ignored, very poor service
Very disappointed. Will not be returning.

When you see expo you probably think this will be a nice hotel. Unfortunately they have put a bandaid on a run down building and made it appear nice. Im staying here a week for work because I prepaid thinking it would be nice. Unfortunately I was surprised to find that this hotel is far from it. Cracks in the ceiling, ice makers that dont work, sketchy neighbor"hood" front desk staff was friendy but sketchy all the same. I shouldnt have to double check my truck bed to make sure nothing was stolen in the mornings when leaving for work. Coffee machine was down and only ice machine working was on the second floor. The tub stopper didnt work.
Update: During the stay two of our company trucks got broken into and $5k of tooling was stolen.

It was a good location for visiting OSU but beyond that…there’s a lot left to desire. Our toilet seat was literally falling off and we asked the front desk was almost belligerent when it came to helping. He let me know they didn’t have a maintenance person any more and he couldn’t help. I asked if I could borrow a flat head screwdriver but he refused that too. No apology for the inconvenience…only got “we’ll fix it after you leave”.
It was a simple fix that takes a few minutes…but the gentleman at the front desk at 11:30pm offered no solutions.

My wife booked this hotel for 2/28/26 for a quick getaway to a Blue Jackets game in Columbus. When we walked in to the lobby my wife and I noticed right away how unkept it was. Not a big deal though because we were just there for the night and didn't plan on eating or hanging out in the lobby. Jessica checked us in and we were given an accessible room right around the corner from the front desk. Room 114. We went right to our room to drop off our luggage because we were crunched for time. When we opened the door I immediately was shocked at how the room looked. The floor was not clean at all, the bed was AWFUL and DISGUSTING to even imagine sleeping on, the mattress had 2 indents from where 2 people over the years had been sleeping on either side of the bed. I pulled the covers back and there were stains on the sheets and stains on the underside of the cover, there is a 2" gap around the vinyl roll up shade that is the only thing that covers the window, (people can look into and see in from the outside), the accessible bathroom was just as dirty... I wet washcloth hung from the grab bar in the shower, the toilet was running when we walked in and when we left the room, the floor mat in the shower was dirty.. just completely gross. Also there was a constant chirping outside the room that sounded like a smoke detector battery dying. We didn't spend 5 minutes in there and went back to the front desk to ask to change rooms. Jessica said they were fully booked and had nothing available. I asked about a refund and she said she had to call the general manager Terrell. She called Terrell while I was standing there and he told her he couldn't do the refund today but he would take care of it tomorrow 3/1. As she was speaking with him my wife was sitting in a lobby chair and I looked at the chair next to her and told her to get up... The chair was covered with stains and who knows what they were. There are water stains or mold in the corner behind the chairs running down the wall, the lobby front desk was beat up pretty bad. The snack area had barely any snacks ir drinks on it, again.. floors were dirty.. We said thank you to Jessica, told her we would check back in with Terrel on Sunday and to have a good day... As we got into the parking lot my wife and I laughed about how bad it was and she said... Damn she had one job and that was to get the hotel room.. I told her before she booked in the future do a Google review search, do a Google maps search, and a street view of the property. 😆 We called Sunday 3/1 and talked to Shevon and she had no idea about a refund and we would have to call Monday when Terrell was in. We said ok and hung up. I called Monday 3/2 starting at 11:13 am and spoke to Terrell. I explained what the problem was and he said the don't give refunds once you check in step unto the room. I said Jessica called you Saturday and you told her that you would take care of the refund on Sunday. He said Jessica is not a Manger and has no authority to make that call. I told him she called while we were standing there on Saturday and you told her then. He said oh ok.. hang on and then hung up on me at 11:20..
