This was my first time with a Holiday Inn and I was surprised that a hotel is asking it's guests to come down to get an essential item from reception instead of having housekeeping send it over. When I brought it up with the folks at reception, they were not apologetic, but rather were rude and dismissive. What kind of place are you guys running here? Horrible experience. Untrained staff.
