  This property presents serious health and safety concerns. The room contained water‑damaged ceilings, visible mold, a non‑functional refrigerator, a bathtub that did not drain, and a persistent odor from the mattress. There were also stains resembling blood on the walls and curtains, which is completely unacceptable in any lodging environment. Management’s response was consistently unhelpful, dismissive, and openly rude, with no effort made to address any documented issues. I checked out early due to unsafe conditions and the complete lack of professional accountability. This hotel fails at even the most basic standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest care.

  Stayed here for 3 nights. Had issues with the keys every single time we left the room. Had to get a new key every single time we left. We also came back with bed bugs bites I’m assuming and there was a drainage problem in the bathrooms.

  Pool was freezing, definitely not heated. I was looking for places with breakfast included for my stay which is why I chose this place.. woke my kids up early to make it to breakfast to find out they charge extra for food?? Insane.. over $200 on a 1 night stay and breakfast isn’t even included that’s insane… They also had a few high schools staying here during my stay and they were so loud when we were trying to sleep and so rude in the hallways. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here.

  Horrible place horrible service never ever noon here. Front desk staff don’t care. We were locked out of our tool several times and they never cared to fix the issue and front desk had the audacity to have an attitude

  This was the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at. The room they gave me had a bed that smelled like pee when you pulled the covers back. They gave me a new room, had to ask twice because they were to busy talking about what they did the day before with other employees, this includes the manager. The new room they gave us had stains everywhere and had something spilled on the door that my toddler was touching. I had to clean it up because we didn’t get our new room until 12 am and my baby was ready to sleep. Then the next morning when we wake up there is a bedbug crawling on my daughter’s pillow. We found a total of 2 bugs (wasn’t even looking) I put them in a cup and showed Chris (front desk person). He came in and checked the room out, walked out without saying anything I had to ask what he was going to do about it since he just walked away. I asked for a refund for my night- have to wait for the manager but they couldn’t tell me what time he comes in. I will be calling this evening and again until this is resolved. Please look at photos & think twice about booking! Don’t make our mistake.
