  My wife and I got to the Candlewood suites in Polaris and when we got up to our room, there was a carpet beetle crawling in the bed, as well as sex products underneath the mattress, and the mattress itself was stained with blood, and the hallway wreaked of must. When approaching the front desk, the receptionist was very friendly and completely understood the situation of us wanting to leave the hotel, and did end up refunding our room. We have stayed at this location, two different times in the past, both of which were okay experiences, but this one was definitely disturbing to us.

  I like the room layout. Bed is probably the most uncomfortable I’ve ever been in. Came in a big group of people, 15 cars were broken into, 3 of them being from our group. Nothing is being done about it, even though the guy at the desk said “it happens all the time”… there’s a sign that says that the hotel is not liable for any vehicle damage. Anywho. Bathtub had hair in it and although the AC was set at 68 it felt like it was about 78 in the room. I will probably not stay here again.

  Rebecca at the front desk was so nice. We came for state bowling and our hotel did not get booked like we expected. She went out of her way to get a room with a great rate! Thanks again Rebecca, this company is lucky to have you on their staff.

  Was there for 2 weeks and room never got clean had to wash the sheets and towels myself but front desk staff was great. Was there for business and they advertised that Loyalty Points included well I never received any of them then I called Corporate and they told me that I was eligible because I had Booked with CLC that I was not eligible so I asked why Advertised it if it’s not TRUE.SO ANYONE GOING THERE USING CLC DON’T GO THERE IF YOU ARE EXPECTING TO GET YOUR POINTS.

  My family and I really enjoyed staying here the rooms are spacious, the staff is very friendly and Cierra at the front desk is a sweetheart. We had a power outage during our stay due to a transformer catching fire and the staff remained calm and helpful. We will definitely be returning again sometime and we even have extended our stay now.
