The room was very clean and I was pleasantly surprised by the kitchen area and happy I was able to warm up my Black eye peas. I even got a chance to hangout and relax at the indoor pool/jacuzzi which was also very clean. And Ms. Rebecca at the front desk was the absolute best. Her excellent customer service and recommendations for my stay helped me enjoy my evening.

The bed in rm#217 is absolutely miserable, neither phone work, the refrigerator sounds like a NASCAR, the heat stops working completely, I had to change rooms on my very last night. The maintenance man looked at fridge and couldn't get it fixed, he fixed the heat that worked for another 10mins. The night lady Leslie is absolutely amazing person. The manager will send you a bs im so sorry for your bad stay but does nothing to compensate you for a miserable stay. Im working the new Google project in town and I do reviews for Yelp and I'll be sure to pass this along. Truly disappointing for a $311.90 stay. Oh and if you want you can pay $4 for a coke or $4 a candy bar or $4 for a $0.50 bag of chips the owner gets in bulk at Sam's. This place is a total rip off all around and IHG should really take this one out of its line up. Plus the area is definitely not safe . Skip this place and go elsewhere that's actually worth $103@ night what a joke . The only reason I gave service 5 stars is because of Leslie and her help

- SHSahara HollingsheadDec 7, 20252.0Everything with the hotel is as it should be and very affordable! The staff is kind and got us our room right away. The only down side and this is a big enough down side to drop from 5 to 2 stars, is that the water when taking a bath or shower does not get hot whatsoever. Its is basically unusable. So if you want a cheap affordable nice looking hotel, this one doesn't look bad but keep in mind, dont plan on bathing unless you like luke warm water being the hottest setting. Not having the ability to take a relaxing bath or shower is a big detriment unfortunately. I would not recommend you staying here for an extended stay for this exact reason.
