- CCclairsenti3ntFeb 18, 20261.0BED BUGS!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I booked a jacuzzi suite (room 202) for Valentine's Day for me and my partner. I woke up the next day with an itchy back, my boyfriend said I had bed bug bites. he also noticed there was blood on the sheets.I went back to the hotel and demanded a refund, the front desk lady was trying to get a hold of the manager and couldn't, so she gave me his number . His name is Mansoor and he is awful. I was kind on the phone, I told him the situation and that I would like a full refund. He said they will go to the room, if they don't find a bug then no refund, which is ridiculous. I have bites all over my back which is enough evidence. He should be more than happy to give me a refund. He refused to give me his last name too, then blocked my number and never got back to me. I already called corporate, waiting for a response from them. I will not settle till I get a refund. On top of all that, I wasn't informed that there was a $200 deposit required until I was about to check in, they should've informed me over the phone when I booked it. Don't come here, manager is extremely unprofessional and the place is dirty.
