I can't believe the absolute crooks that work here. I should have been suspicious when they took my credit card and then didn't give me a room stating that they were full, but I was tired, and it was late. A week later I see a charge. A fee for not claiming a room. I contested it with my bank, and tried repeatedly to contact the manager, whom never seems to pick up the phone. I've never been conned like this and I'd be pressing charges if it weren't for the hassle I'd have to go through in another state over 80 something dollars. Disgraceful behavior.

I will never ever book at this hotel again!! I been coming to this hotel for a years idk if they have a new owner or what!? But when I booked on booking.com I asked for two beds when I got in my room I got a queen size bed with a let out couch and a room that smelled like mildew!!! Went to the front desk and told them this is not what I booked they said that they don’t have double beds and that the hotel had been flooded… so I’m like why would y’all be advertising that?! Anyway I was pissed and I just stayed!! I ended staying for 4 nights due to a power issue in my apt complex…. Housekeeping never came to change sheets or give new towels even when requested while I was gone from hotel…. The second day I stayed I talked two a different lady really nice and she was willing to get me a new room with double beds I got to the front and it’s the same guy who checked me in with the cango hat talking about she doesn’t know what she’s talking about and they don’t have double beds……… this hotel has bunch of people that live here with their families hanging out in the parking lots drinking loud music and corona bottles everywhere!!! Kitchen and bar is never open and by the time u get to the buffet it’s all gone and picked over!!!! I would never stay here again!!!

I’ll start with the positives since there aren’t many. The room was clean, and the TV had cable. That’s about it.
I only stayed one night, and as soon as I walked into the room, it smelled like humidity and mold. The bedsheets were also stained, and because of my fiancé’s allergies, we asked to switch rooms. The front desk staff was understanding and gave us another room, which I appreciated. The second room smelled much better, and since we were exhausted, we went straight to bed. However, the next morning we realized there was no water coming from the sink, and the knobs were broken. There was also no soap or shampoo in the shower. When we tried calling the front desk—both from the room phone and our cellphones—no one answered. I was also told there would be free breakfast, but to my surprise, I had to pay for it.
For $125, I expected a better experience. The hallway and nearby elevator had a very unpleasant smell, and the other elevator was broken, so we had to use the service elevator. Also, surprisingly, there was no fridge in the room.
Customer service is very important to me, so not being able to reach anyone for help was extremely frustrating. Thankfully, I was only there for one night, because I wouldn’t have stayed any longer.

BEWARE: DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU OPEN CARRY!!
I waited two and half hours for my room. When it was ready I couldn’t get in the room three times. The room was literally the farthest from the front desk. Was surrounded by 300 football players from Germany who refused to go to sleep because they also knew no one is safe. Manager came and opened up an obviously dirty room. Twice. Then tried to put me in a room with no locks. Right after he asked me why I was there and I shared I am running from an ex who is trying to murder me. These people are setting the public up for robberies. BEWARE DO NOT STAY HERE

When we arrived we went to the elevator and were told we needed to wait 5-10 min because there was an issue (someone had already told us there was someone stuck on it). I was told to use the stairs to carry all of luggage for myself and children to the 7th floor. Then, the pool was closed without notice. When I went to talk to the front desk associate i was not heated warmly. Tyler was rude and when I tried to ask clarify questions about getting a refund she said things like “I already told you” or “like I said already” instead of answering any questions. They were unable to provide us with ANY documentation stating they’d agreed to cancel our room and refund us. Tyler didn’t seem to understand our request to get it in writing somehow in case we were charged the next day (their process is apparently to run all checkouts, charge us, then refund us…). They what she could do was to say her manager Chris approved it…
