  Had a great experience and a good night’s sleep! 😴 Zabi was very kind and professional. They have security cameras and a well lit parking lot. I will stay again and highly recommend without reservation!! 😎🙌🏽🫶🏽

  They do not have a typical airport shuttle, which caused a multitude of problems. The shuttle that's listed on their website is just Ubers, which wasn't shared with us/listed online anywhere until we were waiting in the airport shuttle area for a while and called to ask if one was coming. When we checked in, we scheduled our departure Uber for the next morning and were told that it would be ready for us. The next morning when it didn't come, we were told that they didn't have shuttles on Sundays. This was not told to us on Saturday (12-18 hours prior). I had to track down the man at the front desk, who was in the back breakfast room on his phone, who told us to order a ride through our own account and we would be reimbursed for the cost, so we did. We were told that it would be credited to us in a couple of days but to call back if it wasn't. It's now been nearly a month and the credit still hasn't shown up. I've called the hotel and have not received a call back with any solutions. Corporate is no help and just says to call the hotel itself. While $30 is not the end of the world, it's terribly inconvenient to think you have a ride for 6am when you don't, and then have to pay for one, and then not receive the reimbursement you've been promised. Other than that, the rooms were clean, although half of the outlets in our room didn't work. The area felt safe and was a 25-minute bus ride to downtown with a bus station right outside the hotel, which was nice. The breakfast was fine - nothing special but on par with other hotel breakfasts. The staff was friendly but obviously not the most knowledgeable or helpful. I absolutely would not recommend this hotel unless you have your own car.

  WiFi said only 10 connections at a time Could only get to work on a tablet. I always bring my PlayStation to hotels and best westerns and have never not been able to connect it. I had to use my phone hotspot the whole stay. WiFi on our phones just kept saying joining… and never updated. Breakfast was good on Friday. The eggs and cubbed potatoes were cooked great. Saturday breakfast they closed at 9:20 everything was cleaned up by 9:30. At 9:20 they had left hash browns Pattie’s and egg folded which were both very disgusting. The potatoes were wayyy undercooked and the eggs were hard and rubber. On Sunday they closed by 9am. I walked up with my son at 9am The lady working told me they were closing then continued talking on her phone AirPod. The other lady watched my son grab a plate and then put up the rest of the stack of plates really fast. He was able to get cereal since it was the only thing out besides very hard expired bagels. I was able to half cook a waffle since it was still partially hot. They never once had fruits on all 3 days like other best westerns do. They had the tiny soaked fruit cup. No fresh apples, bananas, oranges. Sign says 6am to 10am. The front desk tells you the same at check in. I also asked a worker on Saturday if they were open until 10am and she said yes. Room had some food on the ground at check in. One tiny shampoo and one tiny conditioner. The front desk will give you many more though which is great. The bathroom vent did not work. It would not even make a noise. When we showered we had to have the door open so the tiny shower space would not get steamed up and unbreathable like the first day. Pool was very cold. I sat against the side while my son swam. The white stuff on the edge peeled up like a web. It was all over my thighs and hands. I prefer other best westerns over this one any day. My last stay was in an Owensboro Kentucky best western and it was big, spacious, nice bathroom, great breakfast and environment. It had a thick comforter on the bed. Not 2 thin sheets with a slightly bigger throw blanket in between them. The bed was so uncomfortable and cheap at the Ohio airport best western. We travel a lot for sports so hotel stay and breakfast matter to us.

  I spend 3 nights at the hotel and is amazing for the price . The location is amazing everything is super close in case you need to buy fast food or go to get groceries. The staff is amazing

  At 3:10 in the morning I heard multiple doors slamming. Upon our dog growling, I got up and looking thru the peep hole saw someone enter the empty room across from us. Tried to call front desk, no answer. Decided to leave and upon dropping keys off at the front desk there were 2 men working. I was told the door slamming was a new employee in training. Why would they be checking rooms at that timeframe? We didn’t feel safe.
