  ~800 dollars for 3 nights (not counting 50 dollar per night incidental) paid for the room in advance and after arrival I was charged again for everything and had to call my bank and refund. For one, the lobby was extravagant, but it stops there. It's like all their budget went into the lobby! Was told to wait because they didn't have a room available (said they were still cleaning) and then when the room was finally available, I went to my room on an upper floor where there was a dirty rag with brown stains just laying on the floor in the hallway as well as a bag of garbage. Once finally in the room, first thing that was noticed was the light over the desk not working and the lamp in the corner was broken and crooked. The heat wasn't working at all and was blowing out cold air so I had to turn the air off for the remainder of the stay. The fridge was absolutely disgusting with stains everywhere, in the bathroom the toilet had brown stains all over the lid. The floors were really sticky. The bath faucet was leaking, and I guess that has been happening for a while because that caused a big water stain to form on the bathtub. The carpet and furniture were dirty and had dirt and dust everywhere, the vents were all incredibly dusty too. Was not provided with any cups for the coffee machine and had to get my own. The coffee machine wouldn't heat the water and would just shut off after a while. (Could be user error but I couldn't get it to work) Extra bedding was dirty, napkins were crumbled up and stuffed in the holder, no hand soap(?) in the entire room. Overpriced amenities in the lobby (pretty standard for hotels though). Mattress covers were not even covering the beds and were dirty, wallpaper in the bedroom was also peeling off the wall and there were random marks ALL over the walls and doors. There was a random hole in the ceiling with a wall cover. Overall a really bad experience, definitely not what you would expect of a "suite".

  The room was recently renovated gaining very positive first impressions. Pros- everything is new! Cons- very limited bedroom outlet options, almost all the outlets would not hold the plug tight, refrigerator did not work and the lighting was very poor in all rooms except bathroom. Bring an extension cord. Minor problems easily correctable.

  I had a wonderful experience at the Intercontinental. I did an overnight stay because I had an early appointment at Cleveland Clinic. I had a fabulous dinner at the restaurant. Waitress was great and friendly and kept up with our drinks. Chef Derrick knows how to cook a meal. I gave my overall experience 4 stars because the rooms are in need of a remodel. Rooms should have walk-in showers and lazy boy chairs in the room for comfort. This should be an automatic since the hotel is on a hospital campus and most people stay at the hotel either have an appointment or procedure at Cleveland Clinic.

  Beautiful place to stay right in Cleveland Clinic! Very clean with big rooms and kind staff. The food is fantastic, although the only complaint I had is that there were very few gluten free options (or even general allergen free options), which I thought was a bit odd considering people stay there for medical reasons. My husband and I will be staying again for my next appointment!

  Called the day before my needed stay. Spoke to front desk at 830pm at night. Super helpful man in the phone. Booked my room. Drove 8 hours from northern mi to get here because I had a 0800 appoint the next day. So I wanted to be close. Their shuttle will take you to the taussig cancer clinic as I needed. Free! My car was valetd’ and was totally fine. ($25) for parking but 24 hours. So. When I drove in. Got my bags out. Bell clerk helped me carry bags to room. Very nice people. The guy I spoke to on the phone was there at the desk again. Very very nice. I ended up getting a better rate since I had appoint vice what the app gave me. Another plus. Rooms were nice. Just older I’d say. And used a lot. But bed was comfy. Room was quiet. And spacious for sure. I even asked for late checkout (2pm) so I could sleep in before my 1pm appoint. Highly recommend for convenience on site next to hospital. Never moved my car, just took shuttle in am be side it was pouring out. Then by 10 it stopped rainy. I walked back thru the skywalks. 14 mins to get back.
