  Came into town for a long weekend to catch a Cleveland Indians game at Progressive Field. Best part of this hotel is its proximity to the ballpark, Rocket Arena (NBA's Cleveland Cavaliers and AHL's Cleveland Monsters), and East 4th Street. We checked in on a Friday night and the lady who checked us in was warm and welcoming. The Standard Room (Room 812) was spacious but could be maintained better - there were bit of stains on the wall, dust/vacuum dust on top of the bed, and more lighting would add a better ambience. The pillows were also oddly shaped. We had a nice view of Progress Field - center field (pictured here) as well as Rocket Arena which was down the street of the hotel, so that was nice. There were not enough towels in the bathroom so the next morning we kindly asked front desk (different lady than the one who checked us in) that we get a fresh set, but it did not come until we had to call and ask again. Hotel parking was $50/day with in-and-out privileges which was reasonable. It also pays to be an IHG Member because the prices for non-member pricing/without points felt overpriced. I will say that the reviews made me second guess my choice but it really was not that bad than others' reviews made it seem.

  Our stay at Hotel Indigo in Cleveland was excellent. We came into town for a Raptors game against the Cavaliers, and the location could not have been better — it’s right across the street from Rocket Arena, which made everything so easy and convenient. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel overall was very nice. The lobby was beautiful, and the whole experience was great from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Hotel Indigo to anyone visiting Cleveland, especially if you’re going to a game or event. It’s also very close to the stadiums, all within easy walking distance.

  Great location, nice rooms. Just roads leading to hotel are closed when games let out at nearby stadiums

  If you want to go to a Cavs game, this spot can't be beat! Seriously, less than a 1 minute walk and your inside Rocket Arena!!!

  If you're not looking for anything special, just a bed to sleep near the sports events then this is your place. Walking distance to a few places to eat, the Rocket arena is right across the street, and the Progressive Field is walking distance as well. Don't expect much from the rooms other than a bed. TV only has local channels for free, everything else is $25 and up pay TV and the selections were not worth $25. We had 3 adults in our party and had reserved a room with 1 king (2 people over 6ft in our party) and a fold out couch(for short mom). Although booked months in advance, we arrived to be told the room we reserved was not available. They comped us 3 free breakfast which were mediocre with very few options for someone needing GF diet. We had requested and extra set of towels and washcloth (only 2 provided for 3 people) and after 2 calls to the desk never received them. There is a small Keurig-like coffee machine that can only hold 6oz water. There is a mini frig, ironing board and iron if needed. Lots of noise flow over from other rooms and outside. Beds were little saggy but pillows were good. Overall for $300 cost for 1 night, I felt very cheated. Only thing going for it was proximity to Cavs arena.
