  We specifically requested front desk to confirm that we get housekeeping that day. Front desk lady seems annoyed, but notes our room down. I confirmed removal of all “Do Not Disturb” signs. We leave the hotel at 9:20am, return at 4:00pm, and the room has not been cleaned. But, we see housekeeping cleaning the room right in front of ours, so we go downstairs to wait for service. We return at 4:30pm, housekeeping is gone and our room is still dirty.

  Left the room at 9:20am. I spoke to person at front desk, asking to get housekeeping (I saw the housekeeper making rounds in the hall but wanted to be extra sure that my room would be serviced). She said she’ll let the housekeeper know. I got back to my room later that evening. Unsurprisingly, the room was not cleaned.

  Everything was perfect. Staff was very efficient and friendly. Many patients and their families from the Cleveland Clinic stay here, and the hotel is very flexible with changing reservations because of changing medical needs. The hotel is in easy walking distance from the main centers of the Cleveland Clinic, but they also have an efficient shuttle every 15 minutes to take patients where they need to go. The rates are affordable. We have been to the Cleveland Clinic many times over the last 20 years, and this is the place we will stay from now on.

  Rooms were clean. Service was good. Location was great if you work near the hospital. Dinner was decent and good enough for me. Steak and pizza was surprisingly good. Breakfast on the other hand needs some work.

  Very unpleasant experience. Check-in rude. Did not disclose mandatory $100 'incidentals' fee. Valet parking makes it very difficult to come and go but nothing to eat in walking distance and immediate neighborhood not attractive in any case. Entire experience felt very sketchy, would not stay here again.
