The Hotel shuttle drivers are so helpful and kind as well and really made it easy to get back and forth to Cleveland Clinic. Rooms were extremely clean, well stocked and comfortable in this recently renovated historical building. I can’t say a “lot” about the food, because the flatbread was SO delicious, its the only thing I ate! The breakfast buffet was diverse, maybe adding the option of “as you like them” eggs would be appreciated. …Again, amazing staff, cost competitive pricing and great Hilton benefits made our many stays comfortable and made us feel welcome.

Saturday they never answered the phone Saturday, had to walk back, also never answered the phone Sunday, i asked The guy at the front desk if they don’t do that on the weekends even though the card says it, after walking in the freezing cold from being up all night with my loved one in the hospital. He was ignorant as could be Sunday morning. Acted like i was a problem for him to answer a question. Terrible deal.

The room was awful, but I guess I should have expected that given the price. The toilet didn't flush and the bed frame and headboard were full of tears. We were planning on staying 3 nights but checked out after the first night. If you're looking for just somewhere to stay, then the price might be right.
