I had spoken with someone the night before and they had the same issues, totally different floor. Seems like an entire building issue. I was given a fan and told to open the window. It's over $200 a night here that's crazy. The staff is great though, absolutely sweet and all kind. The rooms are pretty small too. Definitely not worth the price. I switched hotels to the Holiday Inn next door and it's perfect and cheaper. Bigger room and I can control the temperature in my room.

We chose this hotel because my daughter had her appt friday, so we decided to spend the weekend to let her relax before our 3 hour ride home, well my youngest(2) was crying because she was tired and in a new space, and the one with medical issues was crying from being tired from her appts and testing friday.... well we were kicked out of the hotel. I don't recommend if you have children, oh and I asked to be refunded for the night seeing that we left shortly after normal check out(4hours) and the funds are still withdrawn from my account. And they added a 100$ charge after we left and a 25$ charge after we left.... we paid the extra when we booked the first night for the parking but evidently they still try and charge you. Contacting the CEO of IHG and hoping he can shine light on this awful place

The front desk right away came to me and hugged me, gave me waterand tissues - amazing. All the satff were so friendly. This is not the big expensive Intercontinental - this is the good one.
