It struck me they tried to position themselves as upscale… but the room were a little shabby around the edges… had amenities that at one time may have justified the room price. But $25 to $35 for a movie in room on a tv that looked like a 2010 model? $25 for the breakfast bar? $42 for overnight parking… with a valet you were expected to tip.

They apparently don't want people there for lunch. Was at a table for 15 min. Watch them clear another table and sit and serve it before anyone came to me. Terrible and when I said something the management actually said thanks and come back.

Had some issues with my room a few months ago. They annotated my account after my review. Fast forward and theysaw i had another reservation. They went above and beyond to make up for the issue in September. Joy, Kaan, and Samantha are some of the most professional people I have met at any IHG branded hotel. I am a Diamond member and travel a lot for work. Out of all my travels this hotel and staff knock it out of the park. Well done! See y'all next year

Attached to the Cleveland Clinic. Clients tend to be patients at the clinic. They have no control over their Doctors appointments nor surgery scheduling. In spite of this they have a 3 day cancellation policy. No refund unless the reservation is canceled 3 days ahead. It’s not worth the skyway convenience. Stay at one of the multiple close hotels, and use valet parking. Save yourself $477 for a one night stay.

This is my second stay at this hotel and hopefully the last. Here is a review of the good and the ugly. The good: Excellent location if you are visiting Cleveland clinic, you can access most of the building using the skywalk. Toilets in the rooms has bidets, for a person with GI issues, this is a dream comes true. The ugly: housekeeping!! 1. My first visit: the sink was so clogged to the level it could overflow if you spend five minutes with the water running and washing your face. We were staying for under 24 hrs, so I didn’t care. 2. Our last visit: I found blood stains on the sheet on Tuesday afternoon, I texted, they said they’ll send someone. I had to call an hour later because no one showed up. Two housekeepers came and I felt the housekeeper was yelling at me (could be a language barrier) but I let it go, they changed the sheets and I moved on with my life. The next day, I see another blood spot on the outer sheet, I was going to let it slide because it was getting late and we were tired. Then my husband catches another spot. We were able to find at least 4 different locations with bloody spots on the sheet without looking that hard. This is unhygienic and beyond gross!! Also, being attached to Cleveland clinic, their hygiene should be at a next level, considering most of their guests are immune compromised and/or sick. If the housekeeper spent two seconds looking at the sheet after she made the bed, she would’ve caught it. Even with the sink from the first stay, if she ran the sink, she would’ve seen that it is beyond clogged. A tip to management: encourage your housekeepers to inspect, reward the staff if they notice and report issues. Anyways, the housekeeping manager offered me 20K point which I declined because I am not planning to stay again at an IHG property. Additionally, the next morning I spoke to the manager and she ended up compensating me $150, which is a joke if you want my opinion.
