The only hiccup was I had to walk down a few stairs to get to my room. I took the elevator up to my floor. My room was the very end of the hallway, around the corner, and down 5 or so stairs. I was not made aware of this, and while it worked out okay for me, I could see how it could be difficult for some. All in all a great stay!

- THThomas HanFeb 23, 20263.0We stayed 3 nights @ room 320 for a Cavs game at Rocket Arena. This is the CLOSEST hotel to the arena, literally right across the street. From room 320, you can see the Rocket Arena sign. Very spacious room with 2 queen beds. Standard frig, safe, coffee machine and a good size LG TV. Bathroom was also spacious, but no vent and the shower doors were so old, it had algae growing 😲 The room service didn’t even clean it out after 2 nights. The cleaning also Room cleaning didn’t wipe the bathroom floor or shower, so not happy with that.
