Terrible service and abusive employees. They charged me for valet parking even though I didn't have a car. Because of the location, my activities were only two or three blocks from the hotel, and they still charged me for both nights of my stay. I replied to their email and hope they will refund the extra charges.

Pre paid for 2 rooms- the hotel had 1 person working at 5 PM prior to a Cleveland Cavaliers game vs Denver Nuggets directly across from the Arena. There was a huge line. We got our rooms....and heat did not work in 1. We called and they advised us they did not have a person to fix our HEAT in JANUARY IN CLEVELAND & NO MORE ROOMS .....Solution: WE CAN BRING YOU SOME BLANKETS??? They brought us 1 blanket and 2 sheets??? It's 50 degrees in our room. Additionally the elevator broke at some point and my handicap husband had to climb 2 stories. They offered Zero discount and then want to charge me an additional $54 for Valet for 1 night. I never write reviews but seriously.... What a crappy staff wirh zero care about a solution for your guests. I have read through these reviews most of them siting poor customer service and lack of hotel support along with the Manager "apologizing" and advising they are working on it and suggesting the guest reach out if you want to discuss. They are reaching out by giving you a review you should contact them. It's almost like you dont care at all by making them do further work to get some support......along with a variety of excuses that quite frankly if you work in customer service and care about it at all, are entirely unaccepabtle. I have worked in the travel industry almost 30 years and this is only the 2nd time I have felt compelled to articulate a negative review. Let's hope someone pays attention before a guest gets ill from the lack of clear safety concerns.

Visited Dec 31 2025. The rooms we're nice but very cold, turned heat up to 90 room never warmed up. The purpose for choosing this hotel was because we we're verbally told twice I may add that the restaurant was going to be open on New Year's eve however it was closed and the bar closed at 9pm. The valet service was awful not only is it extremely high but the service was bad we waited a hour and a half to get our car when we were discharged. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I regret choosing this hotel/ location

We have stayed here on several occasions and enjoy the location and cleanliness of rooms. The issue was the car situation. We valeted our car and around 11 this morning, we requested our car. There were about 30 people waiting in the lobby for their car. The woman at the front desk told me it would be 20 minutes. Spoiler alert: it was not 20 minutes. It had snowed last night and it’s New Year’s Day, so I did not expect it to be the quickest. There appeared to only be one young man working, and he was trying his best. He was running in the snow back and forth to the garage. We heard many guests take their frustration out on him, which was sad to see. It’s clear that management did not schedule enough employees, and the employees who were scheduled suffered. After waiting an hour and a half, my boyfriend went with the valet to the garage to get our car. At that point there were still 9+ cars in front of us and we probably would have been waiting at-least another 2 hours. For $54 valet, there needs to be better management of the valet service.

My experience at check-in was extremely disappointing and unnecessarily frustrating. Our company secured two rooms for this stay. Although the reservation was placed in my name (as the employee checking in), the IHG membership belongs to my boss, who is the account holder.
Because I was traveling from out of the area, I requested an early check-in, which I fully understand can sometimes involve an additional charge. However, I was told I would be charged an extra $50 per room unless I personally was the IHG member—even after clearly explaining the situation and providing my boss’s email for verification.
This felt like rigid policy enforcement with zero effort to resolve a very reasonable situation, especially for a business booking. The lack of flexibility or willingness to help left a very poor first impression.
