I am a regular ihg traveler. I don’t usually do reviews but this time I am. Here’s the positives..the staff was awesome and couldn’t do enough for you. The location was top notch, you’re in the middle of the city it’s close to everything. Style wise the hotel is sharp. Things I wasn’t thrilled about, the room needed a good cleaning. Carpet was dirty, bathroom walls and shower were dirty. The chair in the room was torn and broken. The coffee maker was on its last leg and took forever to make coffee. Plus the fact that there was only 1 regular and 4 decaf pods. This matters because they don’t have available coffee unless we wanted to buy it in the restaurant which was inconvenient and expensive (although their food prices at the hotel were very reasonable). The coffee thing bugged me tbh. A couple products in the shower were almost empty, and one was empty. Am I being nit picky? Maybe. I expected it to be nicer than a regular HIE and It just wasn’t. Even the market area was picked over not much of a choice if you want a snack. Last complaint, if you are going to charge $50 for parking you should be staffed for valet. Almost a 40 minute wait. I was disappointed. I guess I had higher expectations. Good news is that these are easy to fix issues and that’s why I wrote this review.

I would rate this better but the road noise is unbearable. I can hear the concert at Rocket Mortgage in my room. Every car horn and police siren. Parking is across the street but no rates posted. Valet is $50. Guess we will find out how badly I’m gauged when I leave the garage.

Came downtown to enjoy a concert at Rocket Arena. It's with in 1 minute walking distance. Valet was full at the time, but recommended going around the corner to a parking garage that was safe for over night parking. Just had to walk 4 mins around the corner. It was very busy, but got checked in (by Michael) with in 5 mins and in our room right away. Later, Michael texted us to make sure our room was good and anything we needed. The room was awesome. Looks like they remodeled this room, this year. Lobby was nice and clean and plenty of room to relax there. Much better then the rating it shows. Highly recommend staying here when going to Rocket Arena.

Convenient and economical. The floors throughout the hotel could be cleaner. I was disappointed in no complimentary breakfast or lobby coffee. Parking is not included.

First I’ll preface my review by saying that the staff at this hotel were top notch…my issue is with the elevators and The rooms. The elevators are the slowest, creakiest/sketchy , things I’ve been on in a long time every time I stepped into one I’m afraid I’ll never make it out. The rooms: I stayed in a king Size regular room on the eighth floor. And the bathroom is the tiniest thing. If you’re sharing a room with your wife, good luck. And the kicker to the bathroom is that they use the thinnest driest coursest Toilet paper, my hole has ever got scratched by…. Had to buy my own rolls after the first day. crazy that City Like Cleveland and the reputation that it has Pretty much gives out two ply, soft toilet paper in their metro parks public bathrooms while a hotel room that charges you hundreds of Dollars a night Gives you prison toilet paper
