Woke up to NO POWER in the entire hotel this Saturday morning. Paid extra for the hot breakfast included in my room type via booking site. Can’t utilize that, or anything for that matter. 2nd day of stay went to breakfast and they were out of food besides potato’s and bacon lol…

Location is close to Hillcrest Hospital which we needed but it's in an industrial park; surroundings are not at all inviting. We often like to take a walk around during our stay- this location was not one where we could do that. The rooms were tired- carpet stains, scratched furniture. Misinformation on the website regarding the restaurant- it was not open on Sunday night even though the website says it is, and the menu posted online which we checked before going down the 2nd night is not at all what they serve. The online menu listed meals like Baby Back Ribs, steak, salmon, pasta primavera, bowls and more. Actually, there were about 4 choices, a burger, a few flatbreads, salads. Nothing like advertised. Slow service because only one wait staff and one cook. Disappointing stay. Probably won't return despite it being so close to Hillcrest.

After we checked in very nice room, we asked about the hot tub main reason I booked this room , (not working) (still worked better than bartender) Called room service to try and order food an was told would have to come down to bar(what's the point of room service) but as we were at bar at least 40 minutes before close the bartender proceeded to clear glasses IN FRONT of us and didn't acknowledge that we were there.... Waited till almost 10 an left back to our room

Rooms are a little dated, but this place has everything and excellent service. Restaurant bar is open for breakfast with basics breakfast offerings for a charge. The open 5-9 for dinner with basics breakfast offerings bar style food. The location was very convenient and was near shopping and a lot of great restaurants. I would recommend.

Poorly maintained hotel. The wallpaper is peeling, the carpets are badly stained, the gym equipment is broken or missing, the hot tub does not work, WiFi doesn’t work in the rooms. They don’t have the bottles of water for Hilton honors members.
