    $20 parking, $18 to grab a sausage for breakfast on the way to the airport. No remote for the computer monitor sized tv. No ice machine on the floor. Smells like weed in the elevators and halls.

    Very nice people. Room was loud banging outside all night on 2nd floor. But restaurant was DELICIOUS complement to the chef.

    I am a diamond member. I stay at this hotel often. I checked in on Xmas eve and was promptly given a room. The room was fine and I appreciated the early check in. The next morning I opened the shower curtain and found the most disgusting bathtub you can imagine. This room should not have been in use. I was heading out for Xmas festivities and didn’t have time to pack up all my things and move ( Denise offered and was understanding )and was leaving at 6 am so I had no choice but to stay. I asked to notify the manager and followed up when they didn’t contact me but not a word. If they treat diamond members this way imagine what they do to the infrequent stayer. I will be rethinking Hilton as my first choice.

    I've really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn near the Cleveland Airport. The hotel is very clean and tidy and the staff has been amazing. Breakfast was really good as well. Because of the time I chose to travel over Christmas, I was not able to experience the restaurant for dinner/drinks but I am sure it is very good as well.

    I highly recommend the Hiton Garden. The staff is exceptional! Your needs are met almost before you know you have them. The hotel is modern, clean with the only negative being one of thier elevators were down. It will be my choice when I fly out of Cleveland. I'd like to call specific attention to the housekeeping staff. The director Becky has instilled in her staff the highest form of excellence. To approach their job as if their family were over for the holidays.
