    Very nice staff. They have live music and serve dinner in the lobby from 6PM to 10 PM. I'm being picky here bur I didn't like the one sliding door in the shower. I hate the cold so I let the water run for a few minutes before getting in. I got soaking wet by turning it on.

    Honestly... Great place! A few little cosmetic things, but overall great! Beds were soft, rooms were clean and the hotel itself was in great condition! It may have been my fault but the 3 nights we stayed there was no room cleaning, not a huge deal but we did run out of toilet paper and tissues. But when we called the front desk they happily delivered! If you're in the area and need a decently priced clean and safe hotel, this is the spot!

    Be aware, the airport shuttle does not take you to airline departures. The shuttle drops you off in the parking lot area for car rentals. We have a 1 year old baby and we're dropped off in the basement parking lot for car rentals and ground transportation for arriving flights in 40 degree weather with all our luggage, stroller, etc. Had to beg the driver to take us to the airline departure area. Driver said the drop off for departure area was no longer included due to cost cutting at the hotel. Aside from that, the room smelled like a wet basement. Very musty, moldy smell. I would not recommend this hotel.

    Rooms are clean but not well kept, lots of maintenance needed. Ceiling was peeling they tried painting over it instead of fixing it. Business center was down which was a major problem for us and no notice on business center door nor informed by the front desk. Staff was nice, and welcoming. One elevator was down the entire stay (3days). Hilton needs to maintain their garden hotels better. We were here for a wedding and had a block of rooms, we got stuck at the end of the hall where clunking noises were ongoing the entire stay.
