I would recommend staying here especially if accommodating children. The best service. Thank you Marquita and the Hilton for a great stay.

The only reason I took away a star is because of my food experience at the Burnham restaurant and the customer service after my stay with a billing issue. I ordered 2 entrees and both of them were absolutely terrible. Both were recommended by staff. I ate a fork full of each one and ask them to remove them and was still charged. I even left a tip. The meals don't come with bread or salad. Stay away from the Beef Stroganoff(tasteless) and the dumpling dish had burnt broccolini in it so the broth tasted like burnt broccoli.

Everyone from the valet at the front to Kaiden the bellman greeted me with a smile always and was very helpful. And the rooms are always clean and fully stocked. Another time I visited Carina helped me get on the elevator because I did not know what I was doing, lol. I'll always return. A nice staycation place within the city. No need to leave the property.

The staff went above and beyond to remedy in the blink of an eye. The bed was comfortable, the shower hot, spacious rooms. I celebrated my birthday at the bar on the 2nd floor. Special shout out to the bartenders especially Heather. She made a special cocktail just for me and carefully attended to another customer who appeared to be over his limit. The food, drinks, and service were on par with some of the best in the country. This hotel will be my first choice next year.

I have to say, even the beds and pillows were amazingly comfortable. The staff was very sweet anytime we needed anything. Elliott's on the second floor was our favorite Hangout after hours. Elena our waitress there was super sweet and they ran a great team. Food was excellent we had the smash burger and wings. Great selection on beer, drinks, and food. Great place to stay when you visit Cleveland
