DO NOT VALET AT THE HILTON CLEVELAND DOWNTOWN. My family (and friends) have had several issues with Towne Park (the valet company they contract) over the years and The Hilton does absolutely nothing to hold them accountable. It started in 2022, at my wedding reception, when the valet attendant sped my husbands car through the parking garage (he drives a sports car) and proceeded to pop the hood to look at the engine and rev it. When they retrieved the car the next day, they crashed it into a pole when exiting the garage. My husband has a dash cam in his car and we have video proof of all of this happening. We had to meet with Hilton management and they essentially paid my husband off not to sue them. Fast forward to today, I pulled into the valet and sat there for 20 minutes because the valet attendant wasn’t paying attention. He was sitting at the valet desk playing a game on his phone. I had to go inside and ask if anyone was working the valet and he responded with “yeah, me” as if it was normal for me to walk in and get him. When I was ready to leave I texted the number they provided 15 minutes ahead of when I was leaving, I went down there, my car was nowhere to be found. My daughter and I waited an additional 20 minutes for my car. Then, when I came back and left again, they said they forgot to put my car back in the system, and it took 20 minutes for them to retrieve my car even after I texted them 15 minutes prior to leaving. I’ve also had a friend whose CAR KEYS were lost by Towne Park valet at The Hilton. Do not valet your car here. For being a “nice” hotel in the area, they use an extremely subpar valet company.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable hotel. Food items are very pricey, both in lobby shop and restaurant and coffee service at breakfast was difficult both times we went. This was our second stay here.

The hotel was wonderful, clean and very convenient to the convention center and other locations in the city.
Carlos, the manager and Shaquille at the front desk were extremely accommodating and professional. All the employees were very friendly and made you feel welcome.
Aziz and all the valet gentleman were terrific.

I stayed at the Hilton Cleveland Downtown for two nights following a snowstorm while in town to visit the national park and attend a basketball game. Prior to arriving, I called to ask about road conditions and was hung up on rather quickly, which was surprising, but didn’t affect my stay.
Overall, I had a very lovely experience. Check-in was quick and easy, and the front desk employee who helped us was kind and welcoming. The lobby is large, bright, and inviting, with plenty of seating.
I was upgraded to a corner lakeview room, which I was incredibly grateful for. Although Lake Erie was frozen, the view of both the lake and the city was beautiful. I really enjoyed the view whenever I could. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with both a desk and an additional table, perfect for teleworking if needed.
We visited the hotel skybar and had a great experience. The pineapple pie drink was delicious, and every employee there was pleasant and kind. There truly isn’t a bad view anywhere in the skybar. We also used the parking garage, which is conveniently connected to the hotel. Parking was $50 per day.
I didn’t use the gym or pool, but I did take a look, and both appeared clean, bright, and well-maintained.
Due to the extreme cold, I can’t fully speak to the walkability of the area. Being connected to a convention center, some minor wear and tear is understandable. There was a small hole/crack in the shower but it did not impact my stay at all. If that was my only minor complaint, then I know this was a great stay. I would happily return in the future.
Stayed here for work and will definitely go back for a couples weekend. The restaurant menu was small but the food was top notch, the wait staff was the best ever!
Went back for breakfast and the buffet is no joke, definitely worth the price. I swear they have someone go through the fruit and pick out anything that didnt look like it was just picked.
Room was clean, bed was comfy. Water pressure was better than average.
Definitely a nice place to stay, my only complaint is the parking. You'd think for the $50 they charge for parking it would be on site. Nonetheless this place was Definitely worth it!
