Booked king, roomed to 2 queens. Empty shampoo bottle. Door key didn’t work, they had to fix it so we can get in, otherwise, I don’t thick they would have cared. Careless staff.

Being hospitable can’t really be taught. Most of the employees here had an under flying attitude & didn’t seek ways to help or resolutions to problems customers present. Myself and other customer interactions I witnessed. The female bartender was really nice and I didn’t even order a drink.
The room was dirty especially the bathroom

Easy on and off highway. Had a reservation but still took almost 15 minutes to check in. Bed was clean and comfortable. No bottled water in the room. Morning coffee was pretty good

Good and safe hotel, and also the surroundings with great restaurants and entertainment at a walking distance. Staff at front desk was friendly and I had a good time.

I booked a room at this location in the evening. The parking was off location or valet. The parking fee was not in the booking companies budget. At that point, I advised the lady to cancel. She stated that the room would cancel in the morning. I was definitely with in policy of canceling.
The next day, I called to confirm and the room showed that I stayed on property and never cancelled. This raised my concern because now our company would pay two charges, the hotel I actually stayed at and this one. Ultimately, I would of had to pay this expense.
I was transferred to the GM. I explained my situation and he was very professional and receptive towards my issue. The GM took care of the situation and with no problem.
Absolutely excellent service by the General Manager. Thank you sir for listening and taking care of the issue.
