I was charged even though I canceled it in advance and even the agency Expedia claimed that this amount was taken out without authorization by Hampton Inn. When I called, I spoke with a completely unfriendly man who spoke over me and did nothing to resolve the situation.

You can hear ever toilet flush from the floor above you, the thermostat doesn’t allow you to run the fan continually (sucks for me because I have tinnitus), and the late night desk clerk was not friendly at all.

Parking is tricky, and you basically don't have an option to park other than to Valet. There's only 3-4 spots to pull up out front to unload/ drop off which were constantly full. Overall great place to stay if you're looking for a mid level hotel close to downtown and willing to walk.

- DJdanielle josephsDec 9, 20255.0Great Hotel. Staff at front desk were very nice and helpful. Breakfast had alot of options. Great bar area and bartenders downstairs. We stayed as our team was playing in an event at huntington convention center.. which is a 5 min walk from the hotel. They only have valet parking..which is 48usd a day which we found pricey...but...they are quick..helpful and nice and its convent. But there are other parking options around the hotel you can use instead. 15 min walk to rock and roll hall of fame. And its right off the highway so you dont have to drive to far into downtown. If we are ever back..we would stay there again.
