The location, room accommodations, and overall hotel experience were excellent. The room itself was clean, comfortable and newly remodeled. Unfortunately, the check-in experience fell short. The front desk receptionist, Michelle, was rude and unprofessional, raising her voice over a simple question. We were in and out throughout our stay for an event, and each time we walked past the desk she scowled and stared us down. We even attempted to be friendly to lighten the mood, but it didn’t help. It created an uncomfortable and off-putting impression. Everyone has tough days, but that shouldn’t spill over onto guests.

Unbelievable. I call the front desk at 8 am to ask if there's a way to check in early because I have a reservation. Im told no problem, there's rooms available. So I hire a car and take the ride from my location to the hotel only to be told there's no rooms available and I need to wait until 3 to check in. Why was I told the complete opposite not an hour earlier? Being lied to is unacceptable. I wasted money and time to get to the hotel and now I'm forced to find something to do for 5 hours. Im tired and in a bad mood. This place sucks for conning me. A bed is a bed. It's about the service. Service here sucks.

We had a gorgeous view from our room. Parking can be very expensive. It is NOT included. You can valet for $50 or use a parking garage. There are many nearby. Breakfast is included or there is a Dunkin Donuts right around the corner. The water pressure was low, which was noted on another review site. We went to a concert at the Rocket Arena. It was 0.9 miles to walk, so it was an easy trek. The MLB stadium for the Guardians is right beside it. There are a lot of other attractions in the area within walking distance of this hotel. It was a little noisy. You can definitely tell you're in the city.
