At that point, I advised the lady to cancel. She stated that the room would cancel in the morning. I was definitely with in policy of canceling. The next day, I called to confirm and the room showed that I stayed on property and never cancelled. This raised my concern because now our company would pay two charges, the hotel I actually stayed at and this one. Ultimately, I would of had to pay this expense. I was transferred to the GM. I explained my situation and he was very professional and receptive towards my issue. The GM took care of the situation and with no problem. Absolutely excellent service by the General Manager.
