My husband and I recently stayed here and were surprised at how old and gross and dingy the hotel was. Everything from cleanliness to the parking deck elevator being out of order to the toilet not working and the table in the room being filthy. The carpet is in terrible condition and we didn't even want to take our shoes off in the room. We asked to change rooms which they did move us but the new room wasn't much better other than the toilet at least worked. I'm kind of surprised this hotel has retained the Hilton branding, although Hilton has gone down hill quite a bit since covid in my opinion.

Stayed recently for the Brown/Steelers game and was quite disappointed. Being a Hilton Honors member, I was able to check in early. I picked their suggested room and arrived in the estimated time I listed during check-in. Upon check-in, I was disappointed to find that I didn't get the suggested room overlooking Lake Erie but I had a lovely view of the water plant. I unloaded my vehicle and parked in the flooded garage only to find out that the elevator was out of service. The room and hallways were in desperate need of renovation. Stained carpets and damaged walls. The first night we went to the on site bar and grill only to find, after I left a cash tip, that my party of two was charged a gratuity on my tab. Ok food and expensive drinks. The staff was 50/50. Either they were really nice (shout out to the GM and the custodian) or they just didn't seem to want to be bothered. They offered a $25 breakfast buffet which many other hotels offer for no charge. The only positive is that it is within walking distance to the Rock-n-Roll HOF/Browns stadium. Goes to say, the best thing to do in Cleveland is leave Cleveland.

Came here for a football game. The rooms are straight up disgusting, even had a puddle of dirty water in the bathtub when I arrived. None of the outlets worked in the room, so I had to charge my phone in said bathroom. I was supposed to stay another night, but ended up just driving back that night because I could not and would not stay another night in that place. Its an absolute crime they'd charge 200 a night for that fleabag motel, when its seriously like a 50 dollar a night room at best.
It was right next to the stadium, so that was ok I guess, but it was so disgusting. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

The hotel really needs some room repairs and some deep cleaning in the rooms. Wall paper peeling, missing tiles, and bleached spots on the wallpaper. It was probably surface clean, but overall rundown.
Staff were bus and check-in was messed up and we ended up having move rooms to get the adjoining rooms we had been promised. It took about an hour from out first point of check in the actually get the new rooms.
Parking garage elevator was broken. Also there is no security lock on the elevator so anyone can walk off the street and up to the rooms. Great if you want Uber Eats delivered to your room though.
Breakfast is a $25 (plus tax and tip!) buffet, that at other hotels would be a free buffet.

My wife and I stayed here over the weekend during the Brown's -Steelers game. This hotel is located close to the stadium which was a plus. Parking was also cheaper compared to other hotels in the area. The reason for 3/5 stars is due to the room being older and run down, our mini fridge was broken in the room and was never looked at after we called the front desk. The service at the bar and grill was very good however.
