  Hotel is nice. The beds are comfortable and I appreciated the nice amenities and outlets in the room. Only negative part was the bathroom shower door not shutting during the shower, but it probably just needs to be fixed. Would stay here again.

  This place is a nightmare. Terrible customer service. LaToya was especially unhelpful. There's no water in the room, and the alarm clock went off at midnight for some reason. Everything is designed to ensure you suffer during your stay. Bad internet. Ironically, I have seen management respond to bad reviews by claiming they could not find a matching reservation. What a cheap attempt at gaslighting guests. But in reality, it rather speaks further to their own incompetence.

  The staff here is excellent and they address the concerns of their guests promptly. Rooms are very clean. Great location in the heart of Downtown Cleveland. The hotel's restaurant, Brel's, is good for breakfast or an evening drink . Probably best to do dinner someplace else as the dinner menu is very overpriced for the generic quality of food they serve.

  I stayed here one night and I’m glad that was it…when i first arrived there were 3 people at the front one guy working meanwhile what looked too be a manager and another front desk employee talking while he did all the work so that disappointed me I’m okay with waiting but when you see two associates talking while they should be working and helping their coworker is unprofessional. I also was not a fan of the noise it’s not the outside noise you can hear it’s the elevator and other people next to you I don’t expect it to be completely quiet but to be able to hear other people like their in the same room as you is annoying they act like this is such a fancy hotel but in my opinion the looks don’t equal over all quality & good customer service! If these aren’t issues for you definitely stay here just sharing my experience but what i paid for here I also paid for another one of their hotels (holiday inn Cleveland Clinic) before i went to the clinic & that one was way more worth the money as i didn’t have all the previous issues as i did this one

  My Experience at the Crowne Plaza, i had reservations for 3days and 2nights, my room was on the 12 floor,my View looking out the window It was an Amazing 🤩 view, the chandelier lights and the playhouse square,looks beautiful at night, sight and distance felt like i was on the roof top, the room was a suite,very spacious and comfortable, The hospitality Was incredible, Kelly Made Sure Everything in the Room Was 100%She Went Over And Beyond,Very Welcoming,From the beginning To the End, Alex the bellhop,greeted me at the entrance upon my arrival,Very welcoming and friendly,transport my luggage to and from my room, departure, April the reception was very nice and welcoming,Kathy the reception was very nice and welcoming,Angel and Williams,server was very pleasant and friendly,made sure the food was to my needs. Vector was very welcoming and polite,he help with a personal device for me.Megan very friendly, she attended my room to ask if i needed anything, Kelly Double Back On Her Off Day To Ask Was Everything Okay,Did i Need Anything .That’s More than Words 😇 Overall My Stay Was Excellent,Outstanding, Brilliant,Wonderful,Amazing,Gracious,And Grateful,Thankful.Definitely will Return.🤩
