Only giving 1 star because 0 wasn’t an option…. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
This was hands down the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We were woken up at 9 AM to jackhammering because they decided to do construction with ZERO warning. Completely unacceptable when you’re paying to rest.
Breakfast was an absolute joke. We waited over an hour just to be served food that was straight-up disgusting. The “steak” was nothing but fat, completely inedible, and the hash browns weren’t even cooked — raw on the inside. Total waste of time and money.
To make things worse, the toilet was disgusting when we arrived, like it hadn’t even been cleaned. On top of that, the phone in the room didn’t work, so you couldn’t call the front desk or room service at all. When you need help, you’re basically on your own.
Between the noise, the filth, the terrible food, and the lack of basic service, this place should not be charging people to stay here. I regret booking this hotel and would never come back or recommend it to anyone.

The front desk service checking in was wonderful the parking prices was ridiculous so parking in the garage is better but walking back to the hotel in the cold not preferred. The hotel has No microwave oven so you can’t warm up anything brought into the hotel room fortunately, we had a good working refrigerator to store our food which we had to eat cold because there’s no microwave so we ordered room service for breakfast and it was cold and no way to warm it up. Didn’t receive any utensils or napkins or sweeteners their excuse was Short staffed and that’s OK but not our problem, we shouldn’t receive subpar service’s just because they’re short staffed, they should be prepared for their guests. Being a 3 1/2 star hotel. The room itself was clean, but the television had a blue tint to it that I couldn’t fix in the room stayed cold the entire time we were there we couldn’t get it to warm up except that night when we were sleeping and it was too warm. The people in the room next to us had children running in the hallways all night and early morning, making noise on top of that. There were some kind of construction going on in the hotel, and it was very loud. The hotel itself is a nice looking hotel but for the prices they want the service isn’t there. We were thinking about booking again at this hotel, but decided not to stay here ever again because of the noise in the food. Plus, the handicap accommodations are poor. The toilet is way too low and the tub is too high to step in the best part about our stay was the fact that we enjoyed each other’s company and the front desk service checking in was very professional..

The construction at the hotel is never ending and EXTREMELY NOISY. At 6:05am they are using heavy equipment outside to drop dumpsters on the sidewalk, construction debris in the dumpster every few minutes all day. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT SLEEP IN PAST 6AM

Great location with easy walks to anything you need. I recommend valet, 1,000,000 times over! It’s the same cost as the parking ramps. But much closer, and you don’t have to pay each time you leave or return! We traveled in December and they would have our car warm and waiting for us any time we needed it!
We checked in kind of later in the day, and LaToya was so warm and welcoming! The room was clean, and house keeping was ready with any request we had.
The bar made amazing drinks for us, and took care of our every need!
Would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay. Alex in cconcierge services went above and beyond for us as I'm sure he does all the guests. The front desk services were always amazing as well. If you follow check in & check out direction, You will get you car from valet without having to wait in the lobby for it. Stay comfortable in your room until Alex comes to get your things. We had 1 minor issue. The water for showering wasn't very warm but they took care if it for us and gave us drink & snack vouchers. We stayed in chandelier suite which is the rounded end of the building with a great view of the chandelier hanging over the street. The restaurant staff & food was great as well. We would definitely return here to stay again. This hotel is in walking distance to the playhouse square theaters.
