We stayed here for an NFL game, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The front desk was welcoming, valet service was smooth, and daily room service was nice—they made the beds and took the used towels each day. Our first room had a strong mold smell, but the staff quickly moved us to a different room. The second room was better, though a few things needed attention—some light bulbs were out, the TV had a blue tint so we couldn’t watch it, and the left faucet handle was leaking. One downside: many nearby restaurants closed early on Saturday night, so it was hard to find food after our long drive. Overall, the service was good, but the room issues and limited late-night options were disappointing.

The roo. Was massive and the bed was clean and comfortable. Overall, it's all showing it's age. The fitments worked but everything was a little worn. It was great for a stay on Playhouse Square but aside from the location, I would not seek it out

Staff was friendly. Room was clean, lacked sufficient towel bars, need coat hooks, too. Parking very pricey.

Spent over an hour looking for parking only to find that the $50 valet was the only option. After finally getting that situated and starting the check in process I was then informed that the system wouldn't accept a visa debit card for payment but allowed my to use same said card to book my reservation. Very disappointing

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza for several days and was extremely disappointed with the valet service. I only used it once — on the first night — yet I was charged for it every single day of my stay. Despite multiple calls and emails to the hotel, and their promise to get back to me the same day, I never received any follow-up. This is totally unacceptable — we’re talking about more than $550 wrongly charged to my card. I firmly expect a proper response and a refund regarding this situation. — Antoine B.
