  DO NOT STAY HERE. I dont normally write reviews but...Upon entering the building it was obvious that there was deferred maintenance and safety concerns throughout the property. There are large floor drying fans in the main lobby, not sure what the issue was. From there it just got worse. We were put into room 215. The door was peeling paint and the door frame was actually broken on the inside. The AC unit was hanging off the wall. The small mini fridge is missing a leg and almost fell out of the cabinet and over on me when I just opened the door. There is a stain from a water leak in the closet and another water leak in the shower. However worst of all was the bed, the bed cover was so stained, it looked like someone had peed or vomited all over the left hand side. The staining is so significant that it was visible below the white sheets. After 5 minutes, we were so grossed out we decided to leave and we asked the manager for a refund and was told no and he offered another room. He seemed totally unphased by the condition of the room. After showing him the pictures of the room, I asked him why I would stay here to which he didn't answer. Also walking out the stairs is dangerous as there is an unexpected step and no sign. JUST DONT STAY HERE. SO MANY ISSUES BOTH WITH CLEANINESS AND GUEST SAFETY.

  My experience at the best Western was mediocre at best. As a child, I would travel a lot for competitive sports. Best western was always the hotel that I wish my parents could afford. Now having adult money, I decided to stay at the best Western to fulfill my childhood dream. Unfortunately, I was let down to one of the most extreme degrees, with a mediocre experence. Starting with the bathroom, there appears to be what looks like black mold, and other growths inside the shower that have not been properly dealt with. The beds are supported by a cheap metal frame, that is extremely loud if you accidentally kick it with your big toe, and your big toe will get itself. For the price, I guess it’s one of those situations where you get what you pay for, but was definitely let down with my preconceived notion of what best Western would be for me.

  It was nothing fancy but it was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was close to the airport.

  Called the location on snow an brookpark before making a reservation. Wanted to make sure of the guest policy. The lady I spoke with said everything would be fine as long as the guests didn't stay. I wanted to invite a few people for my daughter's 9th bday. We only did it at the hotel for the pool! Me and my 3 children got there at 3 ( we called and they said we can come an hr early) me and my 3 children was there till about 430 by ourselves. That's an hr and a half from check in! By 530 EVANS at the front desk came knocking on our door asking for $150 deposit! I refused because it wasn't asked during check in! She went downstairs and 15 mins later , I had a knock on the door ..was 3 police officers! They told us that she called and said we had 17 grown adults in the room! The cops laughed when we opened the door and seen the kids! But we had to leave after being there for 3 hrs! They're refusing to give me a refund and avoiding my calls when they hear my name! I've called booking.com , I've called their hr! Nobody can help me! I was basically robbed by this location and humiliated, and on top of it all .. my daughters 9yr bday was RUINED!!! I will never stay here ever again! I will never deal with booking.com! And the floors was dirty when I walked in , and it felt depressing in that room to be honest!

  Horrible hotel. Had a birthday party for my NINE YEAR OLD NIECE. And they called the cops! Said there's too many people and they don't allow parties?? Don't go to this "hotel"
