  We booked 2 nights, initially, and then we were going to travel to a different hotel, but because we got such exceptional service from Angelina, we decided to book an additional 2 nights. The room was clean, quiet, and large enough for our family. I love the full size refrigerator, microwave, and small stovetop. It's perfect for families. The beds were comfortable and the shower was clean and updated. Angelina was the best! She gave my kids little extras at breakfast, gave them crayons to enter a coloring contest, let then pick out of a little treasure chest, on being super helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

  Room was very clean and recently upgraded. Staff was excellent. The 2 inch thick old foam postage stamp pillows on the bed were horrible though. Parking is $10/day if leaving car for a trip

  Thick marijuana smoke in the hallways. The room smoke detector had been ripped out of the wall, I assume so the smoke didn't set it off. People up all night partying, blasting music and yelling. Dog running up and down the hallway barking at 5AM, they said it "needed some exercise." I had 11 nights booked for business, I cancelled the remaining 10 nights. It should be called Worst Western instead of Best Western

  Great location for staying close to cleveland airport and the stuffs are very friendly
