  There was someone else’s leftover food in the refrigerator in our room when we arrived. After that, we never could look at anything as fully cleaned and the room gave us the ick. Smelled like stale cigarettes and was just sort of blah. Breakfast was great and the front desk staff were friendly.

  Was looking for a location close to the airport with a shuttle to airport for a early morning flight and not wanting to pay a fortune. Very nice and clean, recently remodeled location. Friendly and helpful staff. For just over $100 was a great choice. We didn't get to enjoy the complimentary breakfast but did have access to muffins, juice and coffee. Would definitely stay again. 4am shuttle was on time.

  Great hotel 🏨, the front desk lady on Friday night was extremely helpful, giving me extra towels! Very nice, clean and looks like it has been recently remodeled, rooms were well cleaned and neat! Special shout-out to the lady that runs the Breakfast area, Angelina, for getting my son turkey 🦃 sausage this morning 🌄🌅, your customer service is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!! As today was busy & packed in the breakfast room with all of us Supercross Race attendees & Choir folks, you kept everything stocked and flowing smoothly!! We'll definitely be back to stay!! Only 15-20 minutes from downtown, great area to stay, but with peace & quiet!!

  Mold in the shower and noisy air conditioner. There was no hot water for a few hours which caused us to get up at 3 am to make our flight since we could not shower the night before. When I complained the next morning the response I got was "it was only out for 2 hours". The hot water did not come on till almost midnight. The local staff was not sympathetic. The front desk clerk told me to complain to the corporate office. I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel.

  Room was dirty, hadn't been swept in a while. Towels had brown stains. The hotel provided shampoo was completely empty (don't usually use it, but the one time I forget to bring some). Elevator was out of service, and the only set of stairs to gain access to upper floors is on the far side of the building from where our room was, and is outdoor access (there is another set of stairs on the side of the building our room was on, but the key card terminal to open the door has been broken for a few weeks). Normally I wouldn't even be writing this review, I get it, it's a $70 room, whatever. But there was a large group of people having a get together/ party across multiple rooms until the late hours (writing this at 1:00 am as it's actively happening) Kids running down the hallways, loud music and yelling in the rooms next to us, and to top it all off two people got into a heated altercation right outside of my room and started banging on the door across the hall yelling obscenities. It's a decent place to sleep on a business trip, I've done it a few times over the past few months. It's usually a very forgettable stay. Just hope you don't get put on the same floor as a group like this
