  Get ready for construction noise all night. Hotel is behind on maintenance, lots of road noise, and overall just run down. Hopefully the construction fixes some of this, but I wouldn’t stay another night until they are done.

  This was an absolute nightmare of an experience. The entire hotel jacked up its prices because of the various sporting tournaments in the area this weekend. We booked a two-bed room with a cot for a family of five. When we arrived they said the hotel was sold out and only had a king bed available. They did give us a cot, but it was unusable as the best comparison was to that of laying on a chain link fence. Staff could have cared less about the situation. We knew others staying nearby and have to divide up our family to even get a good night rest. Not remotely a pleasant experience to say the least.

  This place went above and beyond to help accommodate are every need! We will definitely be staying at this location again the next time we are traveling through this area.

  I havent slept yet, but I am in my room writing this. I am not concerned about the sleep quality since i can tell this area isnt super busy and i am on sleep medication anyway so even if it is busy at night, i wont hear it😆. As the app states, this location is under renovation so that being said, right now at 2:30 pm, yes there is noise from the construction, but its not very loud here in room 122. Yes the room is a bit dated, but there is not much wear and tear at all, a couple of scuff marks, but still in really good condition and very clean. However there are white stains on the small chair/sofa thing next to the window, as an adult, i already assume that its exactly what i think it is, and this is the 2nd time i have encountered it at an IHG location. People, if youre going to do “the deed” in the hotel room, CLEAN UP WHEN YOURE DONE. The girl at the front desk was very sweet, but visibly very stressed from kids running around the front lobby without parental control and other kids prank calling her from their rooms which happened while she was talking to me. But she kept calm and professional which deserves recogntion (sorry for not remembering her name). For me, as a transportation worker, my criteria for a hotel once a week is: clean, comfortable, safe, and not super expensive, which Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express are pretty good for. This one gets 5 stars.

  Keep driving- Absolute garbage of a room. Room smelled awful, carpet was nasty, paint chipped walls, water damage on the bathroom walls, front lobby smelled dingy, elevator was disgusting (shag carpet in an elevator???) We checked in and stayed for maybe 45 mins before we left telling the reasons for our cancellation. I offered to pay a cleaning fee for a partial refund since we checked in and technically “used” the room. They refused a refund of any sort. Lesson learned.
