The hotel is consistently clean, comfortable, and in a perfect walkable location for restaurants, entertainment, and everything downtown has to offer. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful through the entire stay. The rooms are quiet and the beds are extremely comfortable, which made it easy to relax after long days. The on-site restaurant and bar offer great food, strong service, and a really enjoyable breakfast. It has this great boutique feel. It's elevated and stylish without being overdone. I’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Cincinnati for business or a weekend getaway.

I've been waiting on Brad the Gm's calls for some days. However I do want to thank Z! ☺️ Ms. Mali and Mr. Renee for helping me even when the restaurant people through me out like trash Y'all 3 were God sends 🫶! Please call me back thank you

We chose this hotel for the indoor pool and the reviews mentioning how quiet it was. Unfortunately, when we arrived the pool heater was out- and had been for weeks( this would be nice to mention on the company website as other nearby hotels do). We only planned 2 nights for swimming so we’re leaving a day early. Outside of the pool heater being down it had been amazing. We called the morning of to see if we could check in early and we able to around noon. All the staff we have encountered have amazing . LOVE LOVE LOVE the customer service and how this is a Green Hotel. It was just unfortunate the pool was not in service.
