  Edit / Update: Thank you to the General Manager Stuart Ward who helped us. What should have been a routine request has instead turned into the most unprofessional experience I have ever seen. All we are requesting is a folio. Nothing more. A basic property‑issued document confirming the guest name and dates of stay. No pricing information is required. Our company requires official hotel folios in order for employees to be paid per diem. This is a standard, industry wide practice, if I'm not mistaken. During multiple attempts to obtain this document, we have been hung up on repeatedly by hotel staff, cursed at, told to figure out how to do our job, provided with fake or incorrect phone numbers and emails, spoken to in a disrespectful and insulting manner, and outright refused assistance. After escalating to IHG corporate support, the experience was no better. Corporate representatives were equally dismissive and unhelpful, which is deeply concerning. This conduct may be a violation of IHG Brand Standards and Service Promise expectations. IHG standards explicitly require courteous, professional guest interactions, accurate documentation, and reasonable assistance with post stay requests. Refusing to provide a standard folio, providing false contact information, and treating guests with hostility is completely inconsistent with those standards and reflects poorly on the Holiday Inn Express brand as a whole. We are a large organization that uses IHG properties across the country extremely frequently, often on a daily basis. In many years of working with hotels nationwide, I have never encountered resistance, hostility, or incompetence at this level over such a basic and customary request. Frankly, this situation has caused us to question continued use of this specific property and has raised concern about broader brand oversight.

  This hotel offers amazing location as well as the room service. I would come back again. Room service offers everyday. There were lots of kids when I were there that made some noise. I guess it family friendly then. Staff was great!!

  poor experience bathroom door did not open and close key card did not open pool room and when we finally got in the pool was dirty oil substance floating in the water and wet dirty towels and clothes in the pool room at 8am from previous day highly do not recommend

  Don’t stay here !!! came into town for work to review engineering on a building being built across the street at med pace I was planning on staying at the hotel while in town for their around 9 am. Parked in their lot thinking it was okay since I was going to stay in the hotel for a few nights I came out at 11:00 o’clock to go over and check in get my hotel room they towed my vehicle off their lot. The manager was a complete jerk not sympathetic at all. 180 dollar tow bill. So I kindly went got my vehicle went to a different hotel the next 3 nights. Now I have been telling all the other vendors I work with and schedule to the site that are coming into town not to stay here. That 180 dollar tow is not going to cost them a lot more money. I don’t recommend this place.

  Rooms were big, clean, and modern. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Free 6kw EV charger (one working, one not) and I think they were in the process of installing newer chargers. Everything was great and I'd stay here again if we are passing through in the future.
