  I've stayed here at least half a dozen times now for work. So that should tell you something! Not a bad experience here. The whole hotel smells amazing, the beds are some of the most comfortable of the hotels I've been in. There is a pool and a small exercise room. Breakfast is a buffet, its like $14 or something. I drool over the food from Penny Flower (the restaurant downstairs). I've tried quite a few things on the menu and have loved them all! There isn't much that is worth going to immediately around (Italian restaurant, Gastropub, and boxing gym), which is why I gave 4 starts there. But it's easy to jump on a scooter and get to where you want to go!

  Staff was friendly and helpful. Room had a little mildew aroma, unfortunately. Restaurant is great. Mixed feelings. Had a great time with a few negatives

  This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Upon check in we were greeted with a less than welcoming attitude, but everyone has bad days so that didn’t bother us much. When we arrived back at the hotel for the evening- around 11:30p the fire alarms were going off- and the fire department was present. The alarms went off multiple times that night until 12:30a causing major disruptions, we were told it was due to the humidity in the pool room. We went down to the front desk at 1230a (we were ready to switch hotels by this time) and were told by a front desk staff member compensation would be offered and he wrote down our room number along with the room numbers of the other guests in the lobby- but nothing ever came of it. I called the hotel twice after we checked out, as I was told I had to speak to the GM. I was never able to speak to the GM and was told by the woman on the phone “there is nothing we can do for the inconvenience, we don’t refund or compensate in anyway for these types of situations, he has a very busy week and is unavailable to speak to you”. Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. I would not stay here again. So just beware if you do chose to stay here; there’s clearly issues with something in the pool area.

  This is the hotel we choose when visiting Cincinnati. In the past year it went through an upgrade and is now a Voco by IHG vs. Holiday Inn by IHG. The new look is modern and sophisticated. The breakfast was good. We were upgraded to a corner suite due to my IHG rewards status and enjoyed the massive corner room with views of the city. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was rejuvenating. The staff was very professional. There are two parking garages steps away, plus a large parking lot down the street.
