Overpriced for a mediocre hotel, once you add costs for parking and breakfast. Located on the east edge of downtown, not really near many things. Staff are good, but management is not. Furniture is uncomfortable. Some outlets weren’t working; makes you a bit nervous about safety.

Im a nurse at the jail and last night 12/13/25 my company rented two rooms at this hotel for us to stay in. From the moment we walked in the staff was rude and unwelcoming to us. Keep in mind we are nurse's, still in our scrubs who just got off a 12hr shift and just want to sleep before we get up and go back to work at 6am. The women checking us in was very rude and argumentative (two rooms with two queen sized beds had been booked but at check in one room was a king which left one nurse to sleep on the floor) we dropped our stuff off in our rooms and went to eat at the restaurant where the staff ignored us and one lady literally looked at us like we were trash. My friend looked at me and said "they act like we dont belong here" the lady heard her and tried to say she wasnt looking at us like that but at our drinks and that we couldn't bring outside drinks in. We said ok and put our drinks back in our room. When we came back down the staff again ignored us before we finally got a table. Our waiter was short and seemed annoyed when we asked questions about the food. We ordered and everyone got a drink from the bar (again we worked 12hrs. Its 9pm and we just want to relax before going to bed) by the end of our meal we had kind of got our waiter to smile but by 915pm he told us they were closing early. We paid and went back to our rooms. Honestly we were treated like we were all hood rats or something nasty. Service was a joke and im sorry that hotel is no where near nice enough for staff to be so stuck up. If our rooms hadn't already been paid for we would have braved the snow to either go somewhere else or try to make it home. Don't worry because if this ever happens again where we all have to get a hotel for the night due to weather, we WONT be back. There are way nicer hotels to stay that im sure would welcome us

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I paid $40 for valet parking at 6:30 AM, but there was no staff present to take my car. After waiting with my kids, I finally had to walk to the parking lot myself. It took about 15 minutes to find my car, and when I tried to exit, the gate was unattended as well. I waited another 15 minutes before anyone arrived. Staff finally showed up at 7:00 AM to open the gate for us because I did not have an access ticket.
This caused a lot of unnecessary stress, especially because we had an important doctor’s appointment at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and were traveling from out of town. The lack of service and communication was unbelievable. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very nice front desk staff. Everything clean and well kept. Walking distance to Hard Rock Casino. A bit pricey. Could have included breakfast at around $250 a night.
