  Overall nice experience and very friendly staff. The Breakfast was great and there was alot of variety. My main caveats would have to be (all personal preferences), I thought the mattress that we slept on was a little on the firm side. Normally this isn't something that I'm picky about. So some people have to sleep with a fan or something running in the background and yes I'm aware that the hotel isn't responsible for providing that fan noise, but alot of times the fan/heater/ac in the room is adequate enough, not this one because I could not for life of me figure out how to switch it off Auto/15min intervals. So it was alternating from fan noise, to absolute silence every 15 minutes. But Overall great experience and would stay again, the staff, cleanliness and breakfast more than made up for the two minor inconveniences and honestly I was trying to break a midnight shift sleep cycle at the same time.

  Reservation under Charlotte Dockery, I seen people say help desk was not to friendly, maybe they are shy but they both was very friendly to me, I had booked 1 night, but end up staying another night, breakfast was hot and fresh, I love the pancake maker and the special strawberry pancake fixing to make the valentine pancake special, pool is to high of chlorine, my ring got ruined in the water, and the TV in the rooms are huge! This will be my home away from home when I want to relax away from my responsibilities and have a home/vacation Did I mention this hotel is bug free!!!!

  The room was clean, and the breakfast was good is about where the positives stop. We stayed here after attending a wedding in the area. I tried using the digital key to speed up the check in process but it said " room is not ready"even with it being 9pm. I checked in at the front desk and the staff was far from welcoming. Both of us only were only able to sleep for a few hours due to the rooms around us having a party from 11pm to 3am in their room. If I was to stay in this area again I would definitey pick somewhere else given there are so many options.

  Checking is was a nightmare. Waited at least 20 minutes to be served. There was only one person doing check-ins. She was doing her best with a large party, however they really need two people for check-ins. At least from 4-6 or 7. The room itself was very clean, unfortunately there is no microwave in the room. Even 1 star motels give you a microwave. So no warming up your coffee or left overs. You will have to go down to the lobby. There is a small fridge. Unfortunately, it's right beside I-75, so the traffic noise is very annoying. Ear plugs recommended. The breakfast was better than most and the staff, despite being short staff and obviously stressed, were friendly enough.

  This is truly the most beautiful, relaxing and peaceful stay at a Tru by Hilton that I have had the pleasure of lodging. The staff was wonderful and so accommodating each day we were there. Because we had to stay several days over, the guest service personnel never showed any signs of being dissatisfied with any questions of re-booking that I were asking. The breakfast staff are so beautiful with assisting with you especially with that space age pancake maker which I was absolutely excited to use each and everyday 😁 the selections of food was hot and delicious every morning. Housekeeping service absolutely wonderful and adorable. Thank you for the hospitality while I were in Sharonville, Ohio.
