Unfortunately I no longer stay here because of the points devaluation on this brand from Hilton corporate. Please rebrand or see if they will reverse the change!!
- SMSebastian MDec 25, 20253.0Just one night. Room is nice but the comforter, sheets and pillows all smell dirty. Also the towels look dirty. Staff was very nice. Breakfast spread was impressive with a lot of variety. A lot of local spots within the same plaza, including a movie theater.
- AKAngela KnightDec 22, 20251.0Suspicious stains of blood and poop in not one but TWO rooms! Came into bathroom and saw filthy stains by tissue paper holder and brown stains on carpet. Asked for a new room and was kindly upgraded only to find more mysterious stains this time a red substance smeared on the door and more red and brown smears by toilet roll. Told front desk and manager came, and attempted to gaslight me into saying this is just how the walls are and it cannot be erased. Manager, then proceeded to say they couldn’t even see the stains in the other room. Manager did not apologize to me once we immediately left. I went to a different nearby hotel. I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS EXPERIENCE A ZERO STAR.

I love the variety of breakfast options, the cleanliness, & the workers are very friendly & attentive . I had an issue , & it was resolved within minutes . It’s in walkable distance to grocery stores, restaurants, & more. I definitely recommend this hotel!
