  Nicely renovated Hotel(S) The lobby and building is shared by Homewood Suites and Hampton Inn. Same chain same hotel. but not sure why or the difference. We only stayed the one night. If you are a light sleeper I recommend a room away from the elevator lobby or adjoining walls. Otherwise the rooms were recently redecorated. Big windows and lots of lighting. The breakfast was typical Hilton chain fare. But get in early or you will miss out on freshness. The room we had did not offer any views other than a bricked wall across a dingy courtyard... I don't think the views were any better on the street side.

  The management and customer service at this property are not helpful and they continue to ignore me when I attempt to resolve an issue. I valet parked with this property during my stay. The valet parking charge of $42 was billed to the room and I paid Hilton directly for this charge. The valet company parked my car in the nearby parking garage and the car incurred a fine of over $100 from the parking garage that I had to pay to avoid further fines/fees. I have shared all information (garage invoices, copy of payment, etc.) with Hilton - both the property and the Hilton Honors customer service. Hilton continues to pass me off to the valet company who passes me off to the parking garage and nothing has been resolved after 5 months of dealing with this. Hilton, both the property and Hilton Customer Service, have stopped responding to me even though this issue is not resolved. The property has not even refunded me the $42 that they charged me for the valet so I have now paid $150+ between the valet fee and the parking garage fine. It is extremely disappointing that Hilton is not willing to work with me on an issue that was caused by the valet company that they chose to use. It is extremely disappointing and not the supportive level of customer service that I usually find with other Hilton properties.

  Kaye is such an amazing human! When I was trying to navigate downtown parking Kaye really went above and beyond to make sure I made it safely to my vehicle! Winning personality! Winning at being a day maker! Give them a raise! They are the goat!
