Let me just say that Miss Tasha and everyone at this hotel understand what it means to treat people right. While the hotel does have all the boastful amenities, what makes this place more than just a hotel is Miss Tasha and the staff. We travel, and a lot compared to the average family. We've stayed in every chain hotel there is, and some that were family-owned. We've met all kinds of people all over, from Michigan to South Carolina. The tell (yes, pun intended because it always tells you everything) as old as time are always the people that run the desk. I promise you it's never the stars of the hotel that make the stay great. I didn't even have to lay eyes on the room before I knew this hotel was better than every other hotel in the Cincinnati area. The room was perfect, the view beautiful. There's a movie theater next door... shopping centers, gas stations, restaurants, you name it.
Everything was spotless and pristine. We will gladly stay here again, and we are so grateful to Miss Tasha for making it that way! Don't waste your time looking at hotel after hotel. I've done the legwork for you, and I have experienced the place firsthand to know it's the 'it spot'.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed — plenty of space, a great bed, and everything worked perfectly. It had that fresh, clean feeling you really appreciate after a long trip.
The breakfast was impressive with a good variety of hot and cold options, fresh coffee, and attentive staff keeping everything stocked and clean. Definitely better than the average hotel breakfast.
The gym was bright, modern, and well-maintained with everything needed for a full workout — treadmills, free weights, and space to stretch.
And the pool area was clean and inviting, perfect for relaxing or getting a few laps in before starting the day.
Overall, an excellent stay with great amenities and friendly service. I’d absolutely stay here again!

We checked in later in the evening and the gentleman at the front desk was friendly and extremely accommodating.
The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed.
In the morning, however, the coffee downstairs was empty because of a breakfast rush and the the one member of staff maintaining the breakfast was struggling to keep the breakfast buffet stocked. At one point, a guest asked if she could help the staff member with her duties to alleviate some stress. My partner approached the front desk about the empty coffee urns and the front desk associate, who was not busy, immediately approached the staff member overwhelmed with the breakfast buffet and asked her to refill the coffee. There was no teamwork at all. It was unfortunate to see. We thanked the kitchen associate for her work and she mentioned that she is usually the only person working on week days. It would have been nice to see more comeraderie among the co-workers so help the breakfast rush run smoother.

We had a great stay! As a family with 3 little ones most hotel chains are not accommodating, but we have been loving Home2 Suites and this location was awesome. They are in a great area surrounded by restaurants and things to do. Tristen was very helpful and friendly at check in. The room was very well designed to feel spacious even with our crew of 5. The sofa bed was easy to set up and the provided linens looked cozy. The in room kitchen is small but fully functional and stocked with basics like bowls, plates, sponges, and soap. The breakfast here is next level, really tasty and many options. The breakfast staff were in and out restocking and chatting, just very friendly and helpful. The only con in the stay was that the spot on the bed that I slept on was fairly sunken so I think that mattress needs a refresh. One other thing to be aware is that they ask for a $50 incidental deposit at check in.
