- CGChristian Garcia1 day ago1.02 trips this year 2025 August / November 1st stay house keeping forgot replenish Toiletries and shower doors leak water all over bathroom floor . I was told they were going to get people to come and fixed them never happened. 2nd stay Again Toiletries where not replenish housekeeping left towels on bathroom floor and they forgot to take my thrash out. Rooms 513 & 515 A/C units do not work shower doors leak water all-over the floor .
- IJI'm JoeNov 7, 20255.0This is a very nice place to stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, they have a decent size gym with lots of heavy things to pick up. Nice indoor pool and patio. I don't like the staircase setup. On one side of the building you can go down but access is restricted back up. Other than that would definitely recommend.

From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and taken care of. His warmth and professionalism truly made a difference in my experience. I am a Diamond member so I have traveled many, many Hilton Hotels and James ranks at the top of front desk staff I have encountered. A true asset to the hotel!
