Our room was very clean, fresh, and comfortable, with cozy beds, crisp linens, and great in-room amenities like a microwave, fridge, and large TV. The renovations really show and give the hotel a modern, updated feel while still being warm and relaxing. One of the biggest highlights of our stay was the staff. The front desk team was absolutely amazing and incredibly accommodating with my service dog, which meant so much and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism, kindness, and understanding truly stood out. The breakfast host was also wonderful — friendly, attentive, and kept everything well-stocked and welcoming throughout the morning. Breakfast exceeded expectations with a nice variety of hot and cold options including waffles, eggs, oatmeal, pastries, coffee, and juices — a perfect start to the day. We also appreciated the great amenities, including free parking, reliable WiFi, a fitness center, and a well-maintained pool area. The hotel felt quiet, family-friendly, and very comfortable overall. If you’re looking for a clean, conveniently located, and welcoming hotel in Cincinnati with exceptional staff and great service, this is a fantastic choice. I would absolutely stay here again!

Staff was friendly and welcoming and the hotel was clean overall. Really enjoyed the breakfast room as it was very spacious. I would definitely stay here in the future if I’m visiting the area.
