- LDLeroy Dumsick3 days ago5.0It’s a great place to stay, i’ve been staying at the Holiday Inn express for over 12 years, and I have never had a bad stay, I will always stay there when I’m traveling, one thing, I think you should upgrade your breakfast in the morning, people including myself the two mornings I was there there where no scrambled eggs and I think you need to add hash brown patties too, other then that no complaints at all, thank you.

Our initial room was not very clean having stained rugs and allergens that attacked my wife in our pet friendly room. The sliding glass door was too rough for my wife to open, and the room deadbolt only worked if the door was open. It also would only close all the way on its own. The next day we asked for a change, which we got, and it was much better. The breakfast was extremely disappointing with the same options Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. On Friday they had 2 meat offerings for a short time (sausage and turkey sausage) but with an hour left, I got the 2 pork sausages remaining, and they said "all you get is turkey sausage now." There was only turkey sausage the next two days however, along with cheese omelettes and no real gluten free options, so we just passed on breakfast. While we saved a few dollars here, instead of being closer to some local universities, I don't know we will stay here again (our second visit in 2 years).
