Rooms were very clean and staff was polite the whole stay. Wish they had a indoor pool but you cant always get everything you want. Overall a very good stay.

The room was spotless, and beds very comfortable. Exactly what I needed after a long day of driving. Everything felt organized and taken care of, showing real attention to detail. I had a great experience and truly enjoyed my time here. I recommend this hotel for anyone on the West Side of Cincinnati. Ej the Manager was spot on for his food recommendation at The Precinct, any steak enthusiast will be satisfied.
- FKFrank KDec 27, 20251.0AVOID THIS PLACE! First, I booked the hotel and then Spencer the manager apparently decided he was gonna change it to a different room. I had booked a king size room with a sofa suite and for some reason he changed it’s the two queen beds. Had to call them have them switched that back then on top of that I tell the person at the front desk my room number and that I am obviously leaving because I’m walking out the front door with my luggage. They try to claim that they checked the footage because I left after 1 PM and they charged me for another day so I called and then talked to this amazing manager Spencer who said yeah I’m really sorry you should’ve talked to me about this problem because apparently he can’t employ people that know how to do their jobs properly. I’ll be taking my business back to Hilton Hotels. I’m done with IHG. Never had such a horrible experience with a hotel company in 11 years of traveling for work. Sheets had blood stains and shower barely worked.
- KKKennyDec 16, 20252.012/16/2025... I expected better for the $800 I spent. Coffee machine in room looked like it would have gotten me sick if I woulda have used it. Heating in the room was inconsistent and while the thermostat was set to heat, it was blowing out cool air half the time. It snowed on Saturday and by Tuesday the parking lot was still not cleared, creating a obvious slip hazard. There was decent water pressure and we never ran out of hot water so that's good. Good room size. Should I visit Cincinnati again, I'll likely stay somewhere else.
