  Hello, Caution before staying here as there is a repeated theme of vandalism to cars in the parking lot. We were 1 of 6 cars on Saturday night, and I had also heard in weekends prior another 14 cars were vandalized. They bust out the back windows and look for technologies | wallets. So if you stay, take everything out of your car and leave it unlocked to save yourself the trouble. The rooms were good, the location is convenient, and the pool is nice. I also felt like the fitness room was better than most 3 star hotels, as well as the breakfast provided. So a good stay but certainly the lack of security and repeated theft is a concern that remains unaddressed. The hotel itself is tucked away behind a gas station and off the main road. Its right next to an FBI building, but that clearly was not a deterrent.

  Clean room, but... one of the queen beds was uncomfortable, with mattress dented on sides. In the bathroom, went to take shower and found out that the bottles for conditioner and body wash were empty 😒. At night is strange because the curtains don't close totally so a lot of outside lighting fills the room ( specifically when your room is facing the FBI building/parking). On other hand, the breakfast had decent amount of good choices.

  We originally planned to stay 2 nights but with family things we are dealing with they have been very helpful and accommodating. All of the staff that we have met has been outgoing and pleasant. The room is clean, comfort, and restful after long days. The breakfast has been simple and good with a nice variety.

  HAMPTONALITY?? NOT!! They didn’t provide breakfast, that is normally very good, because they were at low capacity! What?! Please explain to me what your profitability has to do with me?? Maybe if you didn’t charge 30+ dollars more than other hotels in the area, you might not have low capacity. I booked, in good faith, and expected that we would have the same hotel breakfast, like every other time we’ve stayed at Hampton Inn. Imagine my surprise to see a sign posted saying they would be providing a limited breakfast! At that point it was too late to change my reservation, especially when booked with a third party site. Total dishonesty. The few slices of toast and bagels, with no toaster, and a couple oranges was a total joke.
