    This is very nice place to stay the night. Room was large and comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great, 2 sets of hot food options. I didn't like that you can't close the blinds all the way. On either window. Giant 6inch gap facing an FBI building. Large parkinglot on 1 side and 5 spots on the other. Decent gym and pool

    I was told by one of their employees that even though I was going to show to show up at 1 am and they said I can call ahead and let them know so I don’t get marked as a no show. Well I call today to let them know and they were very rude and said that they won’t hold my room.. THAT I PAID FOR THE WHOLE NIGHT. So now I am screwed with no room tonight and was told multiple things by different workers. Don’t stay here!

    Spent one night in Cincinnati and could not have been happier with my experience at this hotel. Cassie, at the front desk, was so cheerful and helpful. You could tell she just wanted you to have the best stay possible. The manager, Rameco, was equally great and even gifted me a bottle of wine as I was in the city celebrating my birthday. The hotel itself was clean and beautifully decorated, as were the rooms. This will be my go-to hotel when I visit Cincinnati from here on out.

    Stayed here after homecoming. The area is very nice for being right at Cincinnati. The room is stayed was nice, clean, and as advertised. The common areas are also clean and well maintained and staff were all friendly. Only gave Service a 4 because the breakfast was below standard compared to what I was expecting of a Hampton, but nothing that was downright bad or inedible.
