The hallway carpets appeared not to have been steamed or cleaned properly, the rooms felt sticky or gummy, and the blankets and sheets seemed to be of low quality. With so many other hotel options available when we stay in this area, I have to question why we should continue to give our business to this location. Service 4 star is for staff on location all of whom were kind, and professional. Cleaning staff needs to be retrained.
