The hallway carpets appeared not to have been steamed or cleaned properly, the rooms felt sticky or gummy, and the blankets and sheets seemed to be of low quality. With so many other hotel options available when we stay in this area, I have to question why we should continue to give our business to this location. Service 4 star is for staff on location all of whom were kind, and professional. Cleaning staff needs to be retrained.

Our rooms were smell of mildew and very dark. The furniture was outdated and half broken on the bedside table. The cleaning staff were very noisy in the mornings laughing and shutting their door over and over which would vibrate our door. This hotel needs a complete update. Very disappointed.
