  I stayed 02/09/2026 to 02/12/2026. Me and my friend were visiting Cincinnati and touring the University of Cincinnati (very close) since we both have not been to this city. As a team member of Hilton I was impressed and enjoyed my stay, the room was spotless, the hotel is newer (built around 2023 i think) and very tall for a Hampton. This is the tallest newer Hampton I've ever seen (7 floors!) I had Room #709 the digital key & digital check worked smoothly! I never in fact had to use a plastic key my whole stay. The view from #709 was beautiful especially at night you can see for a good distance, the Hills & Valleys! The front desk was professional and attentive as I needed more towels and soap around 8pm. The breakfast food was the Hampton standard but the breakfast area was clean spacious and well organized. The breakfast lady asked how are morning was and I explained her we were visiting Cincinnati she thanked us and said "welcome to the Queen City" and she wished us a safe drive back as we were departing that morning. I personally would stay here again and had no complaints everyone's friendly the area felt safe and well lit. Also there is plenty of shopping and restaurants over in the Rookwood shopping plaza next door. Also the custom welcome card snacks and water already in the room was a HUGE touch, me and my buddy feel immediately welcomed. We will return if we visit the "Queen City" again! Thank you!!

  From the time we walked in we felt right at home. The personnel was very accommodating and the rooms we clean and inviting.

  Does not meet Drury standards. Have been staying at Drury for over 30 years. Hotel needs work

  Really like the location and the fact that it is the newest hotel in the area. This would be my hotel of choice, but honestly the pillows are just really unsupportive and flat. I've stayed here multiple times and just couldn't get a full night of sleep. I've started going to the Hilton garden across the highway instead. The reviews about the sink I think are too picky, it's not that big of a deal. I do really think charging for parking in this area is a little ridiculous, just increase the darn nightly rate instead. And it is a little odd to still have bar soap instead of liquid, but that's just a small thing.

  Rooms were decent and so was breakfast. Common bathroom downstairs near breakfast area had no paper towels and toilet paper ran out. Parking is a ridiculous $25 per day although I complained and received a refund. Only bar soap is given. Shower gel and shampoo tubes in the shower aren't refilled per hotel policy. Rooms are cleaned every other day even if you ask for every day.
