  Really like the location and the fact that it is the newest hotel in the area. This would be my hotel of choice, but honestly the pillows are just really unsupportive and flat. I've stayed here multiple times and just couldn't get a full night of sleep. I've started going to the Hilton garden across the highway instead. The reviews about the sink I think are too picky, it's not that big of a deal. I do really think charging for parking in this area is a little ridiculous, just increase the darn nightly rate instead. And it is a little odd to still have bar soap instead of liquid, but that's just a small thing.

  Rooms were decent and so was breakfast. Common bathroom downstairs near breakfast area had no paper towels and toilet paper ran out. Parking is a ridiculous $25 per day although I complained and received a refund. Only bar soap is given. Shower gel and shampoo tubes in the shower aren't refilled per hotel policy. Rooms are cleaned every other day even if you ask for every day.

  Terrible customer service 😫 not very polite team members. They don't know how to treat...Hilton Honer Guess...! The only team member with professionalism was Tim, the managers needs to train their staff.....! You have other options....in Cincinnati...please check the reviews ...! 😎🙏

  Me and my significant other have gone here and we were given service to one of the staff members in the front. His name was Johnathan. He was so kind to help us out and even made our stay more enjoyable. Our room was very spacious and clean! Me and my significant other were very pleased with the beauty of it all and when we turned on the TV. I was so hyped to see my name on it. 🩷🩷✨ Trying to get to the location was a bit because of how the map has that set. So, I would recommend the hotel try and get that fix but for the those who are reading it, just look out for the sign. Overall it was amazing, fun, and delightful!! ALSO DO NOT FORGET THEIR FOOD! IT WAS SO GOOD!! But again, THANK YOU JOHNATHAN FOR CHECKING US IN AND HELPING US WHEN NEEDED! GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!! ✨

  Despite the great customer service and great location, at least for us on our visits, when we visited this time, we were hit with two unmentioned fees. One for incidentals ($25 per night, refundable, but do they refund the interest on my credit card?) and one for parking, $10 per night, non-refundable. I inquired about this and it was explained that local restaurants and residents use the parking lot as overflow parking. Okay, so why am I, a paying guest in the hotel, paying for parking? I understand it's ONLY ten dollars a day, but this was mentioned when I made the reservation and we already paid an average of $151 a night for a room that was only serviced once but we still needed to pay $10 more because other people are parking there!
